Breakfast was better than I expected. I had 2 problems with my room but both were resolved quickly and professionally. The attendees at the counter were very friendly. Griselda was especially awesome, checking on me during the stay. Everything I needed was available. It was very clean and nice overall. The lady serving the breakfast could’ve been a little nicer. She seemed like she’s always having a bad day & frowning at everyone.

Check in was easy & simple. Overnight staff were wonderful! Our room A/C didn’t function properly & the room had an odor, assuming from the A/C.

Overall our stay was good, but we had a couple issues. There was an issue with tap to pay at check-in. The tiled floor was extremely slippery when we arrived. We were informed it was due to the humidity and turning on the a/cwouldremedy

Elevator was on the fritz and so was the printer. No meat choices though the sausage usually offered with these free breakfast isn't usually the best. It still would have have made for a good breakfast sandwich, for me anyway. The staff made up for any shortcomings.

Room description of sleeps 5 is not accurate and location could not accommodate a 5 person room, my grandson slept on floor since you all would not refund me. Never will I use hotels.com
