Staff was friendly and helpful. Location to a Waffle House which had loud people in the parking lot most of the night . Also at 2 am , people were hollering and running on the hotel floor .

2nd week here and the front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating The cleaning lady once again does not sweep mop or change the sheets, I have bought my own cleaning supplies at this point to clean on check inn day as the sheets smell dirty I leave every Friday morning and rebook Sunday evening.

Front desk and location are perfect Water pressure is not good in the shower, cleaning lady’s could do better they ask to be tipped by leaving an envelope but don’t change your sheets they smell dirty and they don’t sweep or mop.

Staff was nice and room was nice. It just shower was not good they put new one in it wasn't much better. Room was next loud ppl and no sleep 2 nights do kids running and loud noise. Reported it nothing he could do until 10: I reported it nxt morning and she said she handle it. Super nice people and can't beat it for price. Just thought they had a pool and next year I make sure book one with pool n hot tub. But place wasn't bad.

Nothing fancy, but decent for a couple of nights stay. Parking is great. Small coffee area, no breakfast. Nice size refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The room and hotel itself is a good price for what you get. This location faces a 24 hour Waffle House and there is constant noise all hours of the night. I was awaken two mornings in a row 5am and 6am to someone in the Waffle House parking lot bumping the bass of their car so loud that it was quite literally shaking my room. I didn’t like that the vending machine only took $1 bills and not credit cards. I’m not sure if the same type of people frequent this hotel (people in town for work at the refinery or something?) but it seemed everyone was up early, allowing doors to slam (can the hotel put soft close on the doors?) or having very loud conversations in the hallways at the quite literally crack of dawn. It would be nice if the property enforced some quiet hours.

stay at this brand. the bed was very comfortable better than some Holiday Inn and Hilton, seriously. I like the area being close to the interstate and lots of restaurants nearby, I believe it is only 12 minutes from the casinos, plus boat ramps to access fishing and crabbing if you are into those things. The worst thing was the internet service, I had dial up with faster and more reliable speed, just do not expect internet service if you have to work at the room for any reason. Make sure you bring $100 cash for the deposit or it will take two weeks to get your deposit. Overall, I really enjoy my stay, the staff was very professional and nice all times of day. If they improve the internet service I would stay again, other than that, no.

worst part of my stay was the internet service, could not get my work done after hours due to the slow and unreliable internet service, it would have been perfect if that were not the issue. As nice the hotel is I just cannot stay again, need better internet service to finish my work when I am at the room.

Friendly staff No pool

The staff took great care of us we had a problem with Vrbo rental so we needed 3 rooms in a hurry and they accommodate us with no problems when we thought our weekend was ruined it turn out great!!! They under construction But we still had a great time

Clean and good price for a long memorial weekend

A/C was cold and staff was extremely nice Didn’t tell us some information. Such as didn’t tell us that they didn’t have breakfast due to construction. Also didn’t tell us about a $100 deposit for a room that only cost me $80. So $180 for a one night stay.
