All in all, I suppose you get what you pay for.

Staff is a bunch of weirdos only thing they care about is not getting any work down or have problems arise on their shift

First time I've stayed at a hotel that didn't have at least a small bar of hand soap. I guess I've just always noticed hand soap, shampoo and conditioner at minimum so don't be stupid and count on the tiny hand soap bar. You usually get if you decided to stay here. I think a lot of travelers would have an issue with is that the front desk is only operational from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Also, it said there's no room service on weekends. This hotel was not any cheaper than the hotels nearby that do provide 24-hour front desk service, a bar of hand soap, and fresh linens on the weekend.

Clean and affordable. No breakfast

Room needed to be swept that fridge stank bad like spoiled milk or something the whole place smelt weird as hell I don’t even know how to explain it stomping all night and people just making noise all damn night ac worked good that’s about it no coffee creamer or sugar

Booked and Paid on hotel.com. and then i got charged again when I checked in. The hotel and hotel.com are a scam.

We had an excellent stay! Check in staff was so friendly, aswell as checkout staff! Property was very clean, beds were comfortable, it was pretty quiet, everyone we passed by was friendly, they were pet friendly, with a more than reasonable pet fee (like absurdly cheap which I’m grateful for). I’ve accidentally booked terrible places before and this was not one of those times. I would stay again! 100%

Room was on the side of the highway (no problem) the blinds would no close allowing the light to penetrate the room and the noise radiate throughout the room

It was worth the price. We were here for softball and spent very little time here. The laundry room was good.

Love the fact that I can talk with an employee and they was very especially a lady that had met on front counter. She helped me out a lot, and I appreciate her. No hot water so far I have to wake up in the morning and wash my face with cold water. I can’t even take a shower be cause the water is cold. I have to wait till later on the evening. Let the water run so I can get hot barely get hot and I’ve never been in a hotel that you gotta buy your own pots and spoon stuff that you gotta cook with and eat with for the price of this hotel

Staff not helpful

Not bad. Arrived 15 minutes prior to check in time to be told “we don’t have a room ready yet.” Other than that, not bad.

The fire alarm went off randomly twice in the very very early morning on two separate days during my stay here. Staff was very nice and worked with me but i found that experience a negative one.

Rerented our room. Had to sleep in the car. Told us to request a refund only to deny said request. It was due to a late check in but their front desk was unreachable. Apparently they don’t get a lot of business because the weekend everything was sold out, they took advantage and were greedy. Very unprofessional.

No Kleenex in the room and no in room coffee pot

The stay was fine. Once I got a room. The directions were all wrong and they kept sending me to a dead end!! Once I called the hotel and talked to them I was able to find it. Staff said “ when you arrive you will have to wait until I can find you a room” don’t call the number or anything but I will be right there. Waited over 20 minutes and it was such a slow process gave me a big spill of the process and asked me to stop by at checkout!! I did not as when I was leaving again the desk was closed off just like when I arrived. No thanks!
