The room was very clean and so was the hotel. Didn't see a single bug or random hair in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not partake of the free breakfast. There was plenty off parking. It is a modern style hotel. The only complaint I have is that there was no dresser or drawers to put clothes in and no closet. There was an area to hang clothes but it was not a bar it was just a couple of hooks with hangers so you had to stack your clothes on top of each other.

Very clean and easy access to anything in Summerville. Staff were average at best with some swearing on a Sunday morning where everyone eating breakfast could hear. In full transparency, I have stayed here before and not had this issue.

Great two night stay

Exceptional

Proximity to beach and event. Water took a long time to heat up. No microwave in room. TV did not connect for streaming.
-
The only issue in the room was the shower handle. It was loose, it fell off when I turned it. Luckily it did not fall on my foot. This is the reason why I rated the room an 8.

It is pet friendly Our room smelled strongly of Clorox, and the A/C made a lot of noise.

The management staff was poorly responsive.

The AC unit made a horrible sound like an airplane motor when it came on and off. Neighbor was EXTREMELY loud as if someone was hurt. Happened more than once so...
