Best hotel experience I’ve had.

Very convenient to where my daughter lives in South Carolina!
-
Excellent stay. Great customer service, quiet property. Love the outdoor area next to the pool. Only issue is getting there late for parking. There are huge trucks taking up multiple parking spaces. But overall 10 out of 10

I have stayed at this same IHG Staybridge Suites and booked the same one bedroom suite with kitchen and the room was much larger in Coeur d’Alene Idaho.I was a little disappointed in the size of the room but other than that the hotel itself was excellent, just much smaller facilities.

No ice machine, room ice maker not connected. No vending machines, only store at front desk. Cashless & $4 for a small bottle of soda. One elevator out. Otherwise room was nice & spacious & fit our needs. We would stay here again with a cooler & hit a store for soft drinks.

Had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was great. Staff very nice and helpful.

It has the best breakfast of any hotel I have ever been to…Manny does an exceptional job!!! Unfortunately one elevator was out of order.

Carpet could have been shampooed a little cleaner

Trai at the front desk was so warming and welcoming. The clearness was top tier. How clean and quiet it was.

The breakfast was good. There was a different selection everyday. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. The front desk staff was top notch. So friendly and accommodating.
-
This hotel is a busy and popular location for construction staff. Unfortunately there is a heavy presence of mud traffic in the parking lot area.
