Staff accommodated requests quickly and promptly, renovated room was clean and spacious. We will be looking forward to another stay at the hotel.

Max was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process which made our stay so great! I've been telling my friends, colleagues and family about Max's excellent service at the resort so they can also have a great vacation!

The location is great! The room wasn’t done cleaning when we got it. We didn’t have hot water every morning. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly for part of our stay. Over all we had a good time. The beach is great. The pool has a lot of chlorine

Dirty water no ac a lot of unpleasant things

A great spot for what I needed in terms of work. Staff were friendly and we were right on the beach. Room was a little dated but was great having a fridge for keeping things cool

The parking has valet service. For using the parking is $45 per day. The room cleaning and staff service are excellent. The beach view from my bedroom was excellent. Outside the hotel by 9PM is safe to walk either to Walgreens, Mc Donald, Pollo Tropical.

Loved this location right on the beach….

Our first room have a dust on the ceiling by the A/C vents and very noise by the outside air coming from the sliding door seal. At our claim the staff was excellent and professional. Our second room was excellent, perfectly clean and quiet.

Very slow older style elevators at times was lengthy weights with maid services, using the same elevators as the guest

Reported no hot water in the shower for three consecutive days! Will not recommend this hotel . One of Hilton's worst

We loved staying here! It was so beautiful and the view of the ocean was gorgeous. We were upgraded to a newly renovated 2 bedroom, ocean view suite, only because our original room was not ready. Trust me, we did not complain. The suite was so much more than I could ever imagine! We will definitely be back, especially because my boyfriend of almost 13 years finally proposed to me on the beach, right in front of your palm trees. Everything was so perfect!!
