The room under couch dusty and under mattress was dirty had a bunch of drug people around and living there

Nice room, but the only thing was that they canceled our reservation without prior notice and moved us to another hotel that was far away. They didn't have breakfast even though it said it was included; it was just a small snack.

Don’t really have any comments, other than I will not stay there again

Expedia was great but we had to stay at a different extended stay hotel due to either overbooking or “burst water pipe” and we had to replace the room keys every time we came back to the as the key would no longer work. But the rest was good except for the neighbor having a fight and having the dogs barking at 6 am. Expedia was not the problem it was the hotel.

Guy at the counter who understood our situation and let us return the keys right away so we can get out of there Didn't stay .while we were walking to our room some guy was sitting in stairs and started saying what you guys looking this ain't no TV show. our room 350 was right next to stairs we had our babies with us did not feel comfortable staying there we returned the keys without entering the room . We slept in our suv that night felt safer than the that hotel

Was left without any communication from management when I was forced to change hotels due to an onsite issue. Booked hotel stay due to the proximity to Levi Stadium to watch World Cup. Booked months in advance and was informed of the need to change venues at 8pm upon check in. Sent emails and texts to management and have not had anyone reach out about the inconvenience. Would not recommend staying at this location. Poorly run hotel.

I did enjoy my stay. Customer service was great and were very helpful. I would reccomend this place to any one for future reference. Only thing I did not like was that It smelled like smoke

Staff was super awesome and very helpful, the rooms were very nice very clean, love the kitchenette. The whole place was quiet no noisey neighbors. Love the location too its off the beaten path. Definitely stay here again

The toilet ran all night and prevented me from sleeping.

Everything that is needed is there, including a fridge, kitchen annex, table to sit at and work. Clean and comfortable. Good value/money ratio. Rather noisy (fridge, ventilation and plumbing in the adjacent apartments; AC was OK). I had to use earplugs to sleep. No indoor space to sit with others. (There is an outdoor table and benches.)
