Room was clean, pool was small but heated.

The most important aspect of any hotel is that it’s safe and clean. This hotel met expectations. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if we come back to SJ. One thing that they offer is shuttle to events. We were not in town for Ed Sheeran concert but the hotel does offer shuttle to the concert venue. I thought this was a great amenity.

Amenities are not well kept up with the competition. Food breakfast was too expensive with not worth of offerings. Certainly need a facelift and renovation.

Great stay for the World Cup!! Close to stadium and hotel was clean. The food at the bar and grill was not the best, but overall, it was great stay.

Even though we stayed one day, I loved everything about our stay from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

We had three rooms for two nights. Everything was great! The staff was amazingly friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was good for an event at Levi’s Stadium, although there are not many food options in the area. The RBG restaurant/bar had good food and great service.

Property was in a good location; far enough from the hustle and sounds of the city but close enough to parks and restaurants. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. All in all a good experience and we would stay here again if we needed a room in the area.
