The hotel had a competitive price and included breakfast. My room was quiet and comfortable.

It was 90 degrees out, one of the main reasons of booking this hotel was for the pool for 15 yo kid. No mention of pool being closed during booking or even a heads up before checking in. Would have booked another option if we had known pool was closed.

In a nutshell, the place was just okay. I had requested a room not facing to a traffic street on the second level, got neither. The room was clean but tired. Old worn doors, no so clean drapes. A high number of the exercise machines were not functional. The Best Western Silicon Valley is significantly better overall in terms of modernization, overall cleanliness and breakfast selection. Will make it a point to stay at the Silicon Valley location when I am in the area again.

The breakfast and clean The staff was rude said we had to eat breakfast at the breakfast lodge couldn’t go to my room and eat in private I had to eat my food in that spot with every one else then u get locked out of the hotel if I leave at 5:30 am even with ur card u walk out I went back cuz I forgot something I couldn’t get back in they lock it

Mystery hair on the sheets. Water rust underneath the sink. Room was wide open when reaching it with a odd smell. Almost ran out of toilet paper. Did run out of tissue paper. Breakfast is mixed. Pot with tater tots and fries together for breakfast. A plastic sheet underneath all the sausage. Took a moment to restock on forks, orange juice. Limited on breakfast options.

Breakfast was good. Pressure of the water in the shower was good. AC wasn’t running when we got there. That is why room was not smelling good. Towels need to be replaced. There were stains on the towels. The bathroom shampoo and soap could have been of slightly better quality for this price. Sink was clogged.

Very dirty and damaged. Not at all worth the price. Please don’t stay here.

Rooms were clean staff polite and ample parking surrounded the hotel
