Modern, sparkling clean, great refresh between days by housekeeping The “destination fee” of $20 + tax felt a bit extortive—it is a credit for drinking at the bar or using the cafe. You are then obliged to spend extra for hotel services that you would ordinarily not have used.

Had such a lovely stay. Definitely will be coming back; everything was great.

The only minor downside is that the bathroom door cannot be locked, which may be something to consider if you’re travelling with older children or anyone who values extra privacy. Parking is available but comes at an additional cost. Breakfast is not a buffet. If your booking includes breakfast, you might get extra charges as each room only gets two breakfast vouchers.

We had an excellent stay at Tetra Hotel Autograph Collection in San Jose. The hotel is very nice, clean, situated in central location, easy access to nearby cities. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. They have wonderful restaurants as well. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Tetra Collection Hotel for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the location felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

Elegant, comfortable, well situated for meetings! Fantastic staff! Especially Nolan that helped me get things sorted. Should have better airflow in the rooms. I travel with an air monitor and the whole time I was there the air was subpar. This is an important structural element to attend to, but even so, I would stay again.

Hotel was very clean and it was a very nice stay overall. But if you want bigger bang for your buck stay in the HC Marriott that’s connected and shares immensities next door. HC Marriott was a bit cheaper and included breakfast for two. It was not a buffet but at the sit down restaurant on the Tetra side . While the stay at Tetra is more expensive and breakfast is not included.

Modern and clean room!!! Friendly staff! Convenient parking! The only heads-up is that the toilet is square shaped and LARGE…so, be sure to Not fall into the toilet. :)

The bed mattress is quite used and lumpy!! Seems like a lot of heavy people slept on it !! I did not sleep well because of the mattress!
