Comfort Inn & Suites Surprise Near Sun City West

The Comfort Inn here in Surprise is an excellent stop over for all travelers looking for the best bang for their buck. The folks are so friendly and so very helpful, plus kind and considerate. Best place to stay in town.

Clean and well maintained

Pulled out the sifa bed and the mattress had AO MANY DISCUSTING stains that we had to go to Walmart and but an aur mattress. The second set if sheets also had stains ,but less stains. The room smelled like BAD B.O. Just very run down and dirty.

Hotel was just OK.Indoor pool was nice but very stud and too warm in there.Breakfast had a very nice assortment of different selections,but it was understaffed and sometimes low on available items.Room was also just OK,the AC did not keep the room at the set temperature of 70 degrees,so a little hard sleeping.Also the permanent bottle of shampoo in the shower was empty and the conditioner was also just about empty.Ended up using the regular bar soap for the shampoo and the balance of the conditioner,both should have been filled.All in all it was just an OK stay for the money,nothing outstanding.Plus there are 2 other hotels similar to this Comfort Inn,within walking distance of each other and all about the same price range.Comfort Inns needs to step up their game!

Tha place is safe clean and very quiet

The staff was so nice from check in, to housekeeping and breakfast staff. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, especially staying a week. The location was a great spot, we had baseball games at the Surprise Stadium and Peoria Stadium, this was closer to Surprise Stadium but was not bad to drive to Peoria either. There are many restaurants and big chain stores close by also. The pool was nice being inside to keep out of the heat and sun after being at the games.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about. However, it was free and served its purpose.

Rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable! And it was quiet and the pool was clean , breakfast was delicious!

Traveled 28hrs and I’m just pleased with how everything have turned out! Definitely will be back soon.

Overall, stay was good.. very close to restaurants. Realized later on that night that there were pigeons nesting in the roof above me.. didn’t feel like changing rooms and good that I had earplugs with me.. i’m sure the facility had to be aware of this situation smh
