The staff were helpful; smoothest check--in ever. They even baked cookies! Room was immaculate, daily service outstanding, and the beds were a piece of heaven on earth. Breakfast was delicious and coffee 24/7. Pool AND Gym? You had me at Hello. 6 out of 5 stars! But keep the secret to yourselves and **enjoy**.

the bed was comfy and room was clean and location no breaksfast like 2 items, no hot tub, pool was dirty, cameras everywhere feels like you are in jail, employees were rude, pillows are hard, you can hear every person in every room, light goes under door, the installation of walls is very thin

Staff was awesome, most welcoming and helpful. Good place in a budget. Carpet in common areas well worn. No USB charging options in our room. Great location!

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room had the separate living space and king size bedroom. The breakfast was average. The location was minutes away from any and everything you need from restaurants and shopping centers. The only issue we had the first night was very loud guests by the pool until very late at night. I had to call the front desk twice before something was done to stop the noise.

The room was very clean. The complementary.coffee and fresh made cookies were great. The breakfast was not bad at all. The staff was very friendly. The only thing is that trash cans outside the facility were never emptied during my stay. The swimming pool was refreshing but seemed like it needed some up keep. The pool seemed low on water. The pillows were not really comfortable on the bed. But over all my stay was very good.

The room was very clean and the bedding was very nice. There was no way to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room, not even a glass to get a drink of water with. In the bathtub/shower, there was no soap except what was attached high on the wall, so that when I took a bath I had difficulty accessing that soap. At the coffee area in the lounge, the only creamer available was sweetened. The breakfast was inedible (fake eggs and very salty sausages), only the bagels were good. I will not be returning to this hotel, and will think twice about using any IHS hotel.

Wonderful place for our Arizona stay! Top of the line for cleanliness, continental breakfast was good, rooms were modern and roomy. Linda and Claudine went above and beyond to make our stay great!!!!

My bed was comfortable.The front desk staff both ladies on the day and overnight shift very sweet. I missed not having a Jacuzzi.Evweything else was great!I q nt for resr and I got it.

The pool in the heat but the shade was broken and dangerous for customers Fire alarm went off and people had to get out of bed and exit the building. Communication was bad . If it was a real fire would of been dangerous.

The room was nice. The bed wasn't too tall and the mattress was quite comfortable. Staff was friendly especially the girl taking care of the breakfast area. She kept everything clean and stocked. The free ice cold infused water was a nice treat...my husband enjoyed the cookies The handicap bathrooms had a very low toilet and the only bar was behind the toilet. A higher toilet with a side rail would have been nice. Luckily I brought my own riser seat. Also it's a fridge only...no freezer compartment
