Best Western Plus Surprise-Phoenix NW

I was traveling by myself and everyone at this best western was so nice and friendly. My room was good sized and comfortable.

bed was hard and the AC didn't work very well in our room

It turned out being right across the street from the train tracks got woke up twice in the middle of the night. The front desk Worker was not at the front desk when we arrived. We waited for about five minutes, kept calling his name and he’s here. I am you know I’ve got other customers as well as you in a rude manner. I believe he was watching a baseball game in the breakfast area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The free breakfast was delicious and clean. Having the rooms cleaned daily was a plus!

everything was super clean, breakfast was incredible, i didnt use the pool or spa so can't speak on that. the front desk worker was very informative and friendly.

Clean, great breakfast, helpful staff. Everything I hoped for. Umm, supposedly they offer a cookie as a welcome, but I never saw any cookies. Minor issue. Accommodations were excellent.

Breakfast was good. Room was good, I had king suite and all was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating, providing local destinations for food and visits.

It's always a pleasure to stop here. Quiet, reasonably priced, plenty of parking, can walk or drive to many stores or restaurants near by.

I just stayed at this hotel for a 6 day baseball tournament. The hotel was fine but probably more for a shorter stay. A stay this long I would have like a real refrigerator. The mini fridge was not very cold. And had no freezer to freeze my ice packs. My biggest complaint was that my room was on the first floor by the pool and my window did not have full curtains. So I could see people standing right next to my window. Also there was a super bright light every night from the parking lot that shined into my room. There was no way to block the light because there was no blackout curtains. Just the half curtain for decor and the sheer shade that covered the window. Same as in the mornings. No way to block the bright sun because there was no blackout curtains. For a long stay like that I’d probably stay at a suits hotel with a read fridge and a couch. But for a short 2 nights I’d stay here again. Breakfast was good. And this was close to the fields we played at.

Everything and everyone there was so great. Clean , everyone is so kind. I really really enjoy that place and will be staying there more !

Good Little outdated

When I arrived, David or kevin dont remember his name, but he was sitting in the breakfast area. Not attending to me upon arrival. I'm not sure if he has racial issues

The lady cleaning the room was very pleasant and did a good job along with the breakfast

Everything and the room is huge it's the suite

This is my go-to when down in the Phoenix area. They run a great place.
