Residence Inn Phoenix NW/Surprise

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were big and very well taken care of!

The hotel was great! Staff great too. The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned. Water clear but bottom and sides looked somewhat dirty.

Super spacious & comfy room. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend

Nice location, friendly staff

Rooms are clean and spacious Odd smell at the entrance door they should replace with tile because it makes ot seem like hotel is not clean but rooms are very clean and spacious

It would be nice to be able to prepay the pet deposit. Also, it should be fully or partially refundable if pets don’t cause damage or extra cleaning in the room.

Overall a great time

Very comfortable, well equipped room with small kitchen area. Great location. Good parking. Excellent breakfast! Very helpful staff.

Exceptional

Very happy with our stay - a little to hot to enjoy the outdoor pool, but everything looked very nice. Clean room, staff was great. Breakfast was very good and parking was always available.

Everyone is very helpful and nice! The rooms are always clean, as is the whole property. The breakfast is wonderful! We’ve stayed here several times and will continue to when in the area.

I’ve stayed here a few times now. Anytime I’m in Surprise AZ, this is where I stay. Clean, comfy beds, easy parking, quiet rooms, excellent staff and a very impressive breakfast!

I was traveling for work and it was a great work hotel option. Very central to everything in surprise and my room was huge! Didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities but the staff were kind and they designated area for dogs to play and use the restroom which was super convenient! It is a typical Residence Inn but as long as those are your expectations its a great work hotel!

Superb
