Days Inn by Wyndham Syracuse

Hotel is not in good shape. Dirty not well maintained.

The room was very clean, smelled good, air conditioner was booming, and the water was piping hot! The staff was super friendly, helpful and courteous. I would stay here anytime especially for the price.

Thank you for a good night! Room was great, staff was friendly and helpful with everything. I will stay again with no problem! Smiles and friendliness the whole stay, loved the energy from staff.

If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. That should tell you a lot!

Clean room staff

Good for a 1 not stopover... price was right

The issues are: Dogs' owner brings their dogs as well as the dog breakfast ( bowl) inside the breakfast room. Dogs' owner hold the dog inside the breakfast room then hold the utensils - that all clients are using to serve their breakfast - with the same hand. The hotel should have clear sign to say " No pets allowed inside the breakfast room" . This is a big health issue that need to be rectified immediately.

Room was suitable, old infrastructure on the common areas

Check-in was easy- the fellow at the desk was cheery and helpful. The room was average economy size and it was clean. The bed was well made and the sheets were clean. The bathroom had been cleaned but the tub was old and chipped. Typical Syracuse hard water.

I was not able to do my work. Could not get wifi on my laptop. Will not be returning.

The Front Desk was very friendly, morning and Night. The rooms were clean too

The hallways made us think the room would be less than what we are used to but it was surprisingly nice! Lady at the front desk was SO nice! No issues at all during the stay. They granted me a late check out, which was great! Would stay here again.

The tv didn’t work and the ac was set at the lowest and the room was so hot in the middle of the night. It wasn’t working either. We woke up in the morning and stopped to get breakfast… my daughter was spoken to from the manager about our dog being in the breakfast area and was directed to me. She told us we needed to eat in the lobby. Worst experience ever.

Location for traveling on I 90 is excellent. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and a good price.

The staff was nice but I stayed for a week and I request multiple time after my first 3 days for fresh linen and towels and for my room to be sweep and the whole week not one time did they come and clean or replenish or check if I needed anything . I was told after 3 days they come and do a clean and that did not happen.

The room was clean and welcoming. The elevator was not working and the room was on the 4th floor. The stairwell was dirty and grungy. It felt dark, and I could smell a bit of smoke there. The Roku TV did not load anything to be able to watch. No local channels were available. The front door was somehow off-kilter. The only way to close it was to force it with a manual latch. That did not seem to be safe.

Absolutely abysmal. The lobby smells shockingly like urine. When I got into the elevator, I was relieved to realize it smelled better. However, I looked up and discovered it was because there were a bunch of air fresheners taped to the walls of the elevator. When I got to the room, I went to open the curtains and they fell down. If it wasn’t so gross, it would’ve been comical.

I reserved a room with 2 beds. My husband recently had to use a wheel chair. The elevator was out of order and the only room available on the first floor had only 1 bed. Our son had to sleep in the chair, they didn't even have a cot available! We were not pleased.

The elevator was out-of-order during our entire stay, Since our room was on the second floor, this means carrying all our luggage and other things up the stairs. On our way out, one of your staff noticed us and carried our suitcases down for us, That was very appreciated. The desk clerk on the weekend was wonderful. She was very personable and did everything to make sure our stay was pleasant.

Elevator was not working, door didn't lock.
