Good for quick stay. 2nd time staying here and I chose it for a reason. The front desk lady in the evening is amazing. We stayed in a king sized room which made the night go very well. If I’m ever needing to stay in Syracuse this will be the place for me.

Building is older. Could use some sprucing up

The room was clean but there were flies everywhere. They only clean the bed sheets every 3 days and don’t come to remake the bed or clean the room every night. It took them almost two hours to come fix the TV. The lobby and the elevator had a weird smell and the cleaning staff was dressed in regular clothing and pajamas. The breakfast selection was not great, it was also repetitive. Floors were not swept or mopped, trash collection was rare. People were smoking cigarettes on a non-smoking floor. Elevator needs repairing and a deep clean, floors were sticky, the tub was not cleaned properly upon arrival, and the room smelled of cigarettes. Also the “fitness center“ was not as shown in the photos, it was dark and grim with no weights and only 4 pieces of equipment. The water was also empty and the lights were turned off upon arrival.

The bldg is tired, but the rooms have been updated and are clean

Breakfast was great. Waffles. It was a good sleep on beds. It is old hotel but served our need . Good value for price.

Friendly service and great location next to Denny’s. Had a great time watching the lunar eclipse with other visitors

We booked a room for 5 adults and it only had 2 double beds. Requested a cot and they said could not provide

The staff were very friendly. The rooms could use a little more attention, there were boogers on the walls and weird stains on the blankets. Also the shower took a very long time to get hot. Otherwise, it was a reasonable price for what you get.

Very clean breakfast was good . For the price for a over night stay was good

Furniture (lounge chair Rm 310) in room in need of replacement although bed was quite comfortable.

This is a very basic place. The best part of the whole experience was the front desk evening person.

Room was a kind size and it seemed even bigger than that! Comfy bed, fluffy pillows, would’ve liked maybe a little thicker blanket to cover with but the room did have an extra on top shelf of closet area so that was nice. AC was on point and kept us nice and cold all night long. Shower was good with soap and shampoo/conditioner combo provided. Water pressure was iffy, but that would be the only thing with the room. Spacious, nice, covered recliner in the room, adequate shelving space and decent sized tv. Lighting was also good as some can be a bit dark. We didn’t grab breakie but did peep in and it had waffles, cereal, and some pastries and juice. We heft before taking it in as we had to go, but would’ve eaten had we had time. Staff was super friendly overall. I was looking for the ice machine and one cleaning lady told me it was on the first floor. As I started looking around another asked what I needed help finding and then directed me right to it. Super friendly. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
