Days Inn by Wyndham Syracuse

After traveling for a long day, I was ready to get out of the car. Room was cleaner than alot we had been to this past week. Refrigerator was leaking into the floor and made it a little slippery. Other than that the room was pretty nice and clean. Very tight fit with toilet and door. Neighbors were very loud around 1 am. Typical in this trip.

I would have given this hotel an average rating if they attempted to clean our rooms, provide new towels, or created a real breakfast as promised. The front desk staff was very attentive and very helpful. The room was below average. The hotel itself showed a lot of age. The bed was clean on the day of arrival (only). It was nice to have a mini fridge. That and availability was the highlight of the trip. Not much else stood out.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff The couple in the room next to us seemed to be obnoxiously loud from 2-5 am most nights (loud screaming sex). Told the staff but nothing changed. Woke my kid one of the nights

Our room was very clean and had the usual amenities. The property needs some maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The manager was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were okay, but not well maintained. The neighborhood did not feel safe.

This hotel is for a special type of accommodation. Never again

Breakfast was good. The woman who was working kept on top of refilling. There was a good variety of food to choose from. Elesia at the front desk was delightful. She does her job well. The floor in our room felt sticky.

The fridge did not work. The phone had no way to contact the front desk when other rooms were playing load music. The breakfast was old pastries and sour milk.

Check in area was not lighted outside so a little scary. Room was stale smelling. Breakfast was non existent. No one was keeping it filled.

The area isn't the greatest

Check in staff was cheerful and friendly, and so engaged in conversation she gave us a key card that didn’t work but happily replaced it. We forgot an essential - clothes pins for our noses but we survived despite the odors. Bed appeared clean and we were exhausted and slept well. Refrigerator was cold. Door locked. We lucked out and it was our last travel night, so we didn’t need to use the shower. It was convenient to the highway.

Perfect place to stay on your trip.

The girl at the front counter was amazing The beds were kind of hard but I'm picky on my beds
