LivAway Suites- Syracuse

There is no breakfast as indicated in the original reservation advertisement. There were many guests on the morning of august 28 thinking that their booking included breakfast. As did we.

Room was clean. Parking easy and convenient

Self-service check-in was a new experience. The hotel is brand new, so it is in great conditions as of Aug 2026. We only stayed one night, but the hotel is for long stays with a mini-kitchen. However, for such purpose, you will need to purchase the tools for cooking or bring them yourself, which is different from other long-stay chains.

Very clean and easy check in

Hotel had no blow dryers in the room or that you could borrow from the front desk. Had to check out with a wet head of hair. Also did not even have tissues in the bathroom which should be included in a hotel stay. Will not stay here again

Great room for a good price

Nice and new place. Large room with kitchen. Shower had shampoo and body wash dispensers.

We had a very pleasant stay, everything was very clean, felt updated and new. Breakfast was above average and kept clean. Room was very spacious! we didn't use all the amenities, but there were a lot to choose from if needed. Would absolutely stay here again, especially for the price.

Issue with the check in, created some fustration

Новая, хорошая гостиница в удобном и тихом месте. Большая комната, деревянные полы и открывающееся окно - то что мы любим. Кровать достаточно удобная, хотя матрац немного мягковат для нас. Большой плюс то, что есть кухня, правда без кастрюль и сковородок (?), но есть микроволновка. До парка Green Lakes всего 18 минут на машине. Хорошее место на пару ночей.

Room and hotel was clean. My only concern is request a higher floor the guest above us horrible, kept walking all hours of the night and seem like running water

Nice clean place

1 ice machine in the whole hotel. Broken. Had to run to gas station and spend money on a bag of ice. Went back to the room to get a shower. No blow dryer. Even the cheap hotels provide a blow dryer!

My fiance and I enjoyed the fact that it was right near everything and convenient to get to. The room was clean and looked brand new. Staff were kind and informative. The only things I would say that I didn’t care for was the smoking area was right by the entry doorway and there were a lot of people out there smoking. Also I noticed the entry doorways were not handicap accessible no button to push to open. It would be better for other customers as well if the entry way doors were automatic open because it was difficult navigating the luggage cart through the doors when unloading and loading our car.

It was clean and spacious. There were the same smokers directly outside the doors when we arrived and departed but it was a good stay.

Very spacious and clean. I was only there for one night, but it would be good for a longer stay.

The staff was superb& truly so nice. The room size fit 4 persons comfortably. Entering room was clean but had a prior smoker. I sprayed Lysol & it was embedded in the room. The place could be wonderful but too many guests hanging out front like it was a housing project smoking & getting high. It that aspect did not exist it would be nice but will not revisit because of that. Also, a person next door kept on opening & closing his door moving unknown objects. Basically you can everything (thin walls). One more things, the blanket is not sufficient. Bring your own blanket very minimal in the room.

Overall price for 1 night was a little much.
