LivAway Suites- Syracuse

Travelers should be aware that LivAway is pretty Spartan. Yes, there is a kitchen, but there are no pots or pans or cooking utensils. Two bowls, two glasses, two plates and two sets of flatware, but no coffee cups (there is free coffee in the lobby). No toaster, no coffee maker, no hair dryer. If you are OK with that, then it is an OK place to stay.

I like that hotel was brand new all kept and in a very good location, what I would change would be having an ironing board and iron in the roof. Also would be good to have drapes covering the shades sun beams through the window, and there’s no way to block it.

very clean....lots of people hanging around the front door arguing and being very loud and lots of noise with people slamming doors and being loud in the hallway late at night.

Everything looked brand new and worked perfectly. The staff said they don't offer late check out, which is a lie that I confirmed with the corporate office.

No tissues in room terrible!! The lomg term families.smoking at every hour of the day out front are a bit off putting but the hotel really can't control that

There is no breakfast as indicated in the original reservation advertisement. There were many guests on the morning of august 28 thinking that their booking included breakfast. As did we.

Clean, facilities are in a good condition. For this price range everything was great.

Self-service check-in was a new experience. The hotel is brand new, so it is in great conditions as of Aug 2026. We only stayed one night, but the hotel is for long stays with a mini-kitchen. However, for such purpose, you will need to purchase the tools for cooking or bring them yourself, which is different from other long-stay chains.

Newer and kept clean. Didn’t have iron, very basic rooms but clean. Good if on a budget. Sheets are not warm enough.

Francesca at front desk was very helpful and professional. Fire alarm went off at 12:30am and had to evacuate. Popcorn in the microwave. Group of men tailgating in the parking lot and were loud drinking. Called the front desk multiple times, and they moved to another spot. Still loud! Asked if parking lot parties are allowed and was told yes. This is an extended stay, not a hotel so be warned that you may not be comfortable as your room will not hair dryer extra towels etc and it extended stay clientele. The room was very clean.
