Great and affordable property near Liverpool I would def stay here again. Shiny and new!!

Won't do it again. Too much packing. It would be helpful if there was a sheet or booklet to help understand how the whole program works. A night table for the other side of king sized bed is needed.

All else was fine.

We had to have the refrigerator replaced the freezer was covered in ice & the frig was 66°. They said this was a problem they are having. The TV stopped working the "fix" didn't get it back to how it was. We couldn't get Closed Captions or local stations anymore. At night temp kept going down to 72° when I need at least 73 or 74. Woke up multiple times to try to get the temp I needed to be comfortable. . Also they do no housekeeping unless you stay for more than a week! One morning there was no hot water. We will never recommend or stay here again

LivAway Inn was great. Has everything needed for extended stays . Except for cooking and eating . Plates , silverware etc.. but otherwise a great stay. Secure and locked .feels safe.

Enjoyed our stay. One night in Syracuse. The hotel is newer. It is designed for extended stays. Bed was comfortable. The two issues we had were with the noise coming from the hallway. You could hear everything. The blinds are poor. They let a ton of sunlight into the room at 5am. There are no curtains or room darkening covers, just plain horizontal blinds. After a long day of travel and a late night meeting, bright sunlight directly in my eyes was poor. Overall not a bad stay but could be better.

Relatively new property - very clean and spacious. The room was utilitarian - kitchenette, bathroom, small eating area. No seating area other than a single chair, so the bed was the default for seating. Bed was comfortable and the large television was nice. The room was too light at night - needed room darkening drapes, and there was no way to turn off (or down) the bathroom's automatic light. Check in was delayed as there were no staff available for about 10 minutes. Location worked well for our visit. Price was reasonable, but a few easy changes would make this an amazing value.

The room is very comfortable, but in the kitchen there is nothing, not a pot, not anything to boil water or make a simple pasta, it seems to me that they must have the basic utensils at least.

The room was clean and had almost everything you could need. The staff was helpful, and check-in was easy. The only things I would recommend are coffee mugs, blackout curtains, and tissues.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The only thing you need to know is to bring your own hairdryer.

King suite room was larger than we thought! All good!

They canceled my reservation without telling me and I showed up with no hotel room. Disgusting

Bed was very uncomfortable, someone was running some type of motor right outside the room multiple times throughout the day making it very difficult to sleep at night and in the morning. Did not even provide an iron in the room and there wasn’t staff available for most of the time to get what you need.

This location is very neat and simple and everything was well maintained. There is a kiosk for after hours check-in that was very straightforward to use. The only negative for me was I didn’t think the beds were very comfortable but otherwise this was an excellent location for a single or multi night stay it was nice to have a kitchenette and a full-size refrigerator freezer!
