Candlewood Suites East Syracuse - Carrier Circle by IHG

I’m not sure what is going on at this hotel. There was no sign out front and you had to enter through a random back door. The whole area was very sketchy, I’m surprised my car didn’t get broken into. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was very dirty and the whole place just had a really bad vibe. But the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The staff was knowledgeable about the area and local events. The rooms were clean and had a full fridge, microwave and stove. The area was extremely quiet and I did not have any safety concerns. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Staff was nice.

I did not check into this hotel, however when expedia inquired if I checked in the hotel staff lied and said that I did. I attempted several time to cancel the reservation with expedia but I couldn't due to just getting an automated prompt which would not allow me to speak with an agent. Therefore, they took the money from my account and lied about me staying with them. I will not be booking again with expedia nor will I ever stay at this hotel

Rusty on checkout was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Room had plenty space, bed was comfortable and a great shower. Great value for money

Opened the bag with extra blankets they smelled terrible and they looked soiled from previous guests, absolutely repulsive. Tub was dirty. Remotes didn’t work for TVs.

Very clean room. Pleasant staff upon arrival. Kitchen came in handy after a night out.

Good value and proximity to Syracuse University! The site says the beds are queen size, they’re actually full size.

Convenient place to stay.

the room was large and spacious. check in was fast and easy, with approachable and friendly staff. i enjoyed having an ice maker in the room. the bed was comfortable. my only negative was that the shower curtain didn't reach the bottom of the shower, and water continually got on the floor when i took a shower.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby highways, shopping, and dining options.

Everything in the room worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

The room reeked of smoke and there weren’t any available rooms to move to. Tv didn’t work and front desk had to come to the room to fix it.

Staff is great! They are very accomadating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I've been staying here for 3 weeks and gladly happy to stay another 3 weeks
