Just poor costoumer servuce

The hotel was good and clean. But the FREE breakfast was more of a continental breakfast. If you wanted anything else you have to pay extra.

Overall ok. Breakfast was minimal.

Giving credit, the bed was extremely comfortable. After that I was pretty unhappy. When I checked in I was informed not that the room was not ready but that it was $50 to check in early. We were an hour early, but all she had to say was it was not ready yet, we left and came back. The furniture looked like it was from IKEA and the toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop running. The breakfast not even fair. We ate out after the first day. You could hear every sound on the hall all night. We had no cleaning after 3 days and had to ask for towels. The shower gel was empty but there was bar soap for the sink so used that. There were rust stains on the shower wall. But the water was hot and plenty of it. I expected more from Hilton.

Breakfast was lacking due to a couple of machines being broke but was still able to find something to eat.

Sink had hair in it from previous guest (shaving). Room looked nice but cut corners while remodeling. Example painted around the toilet instead of removing toilet and doing it properly. Cheap rate - but I guess you get what you pay for. Hair dryer was broken but housekeeping quickly brought me another one. Nice check in process - although they tried to bill me again when checking in. I had prepaid for the room. The employee apologized )her error) so that was nice but it kind of put a bad taste in my mouth.

1) the breakfast. No coffee juice machine broken, yogurt machine is broken. 2) the woman at front desk wasn't helpful. After checking in I asked for an extra blanket. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience.

Room smell muggy and when ask for help from staff no assistance was provided. Ask for bedroom sheets to be change and we had to do it ourself. Furniture was missing from room, light fixture not working

They lost my reservation (or weren’t set up to receive it from Booking) and didn’t offer to help. They just said to call Booking. Our room door barely latched; we had to lean on it. There was no body wash, and the canisters fell off the wall in my hands. The breakfast had no hot food, and the juice dispenser didn’t work. There is no way I would stay there again. I’m stunned that Hilton attaches their name to this property.

Front desk people were awesome.

The front desk employee that night, Patricia (I believe), was entirely rude and completely unhelpful. We had a reservation, she ran the night audit too early and claimed they were fully booked and they did not have a room for us despite the reservation. Had she known how to do her job at all, she would have realized that she was looking at the next night's bookings and not the night we arrived, which would have had our room available. The GM of the property was helpful in getting us a refund, hopefully he has luck with restaffing the property. Until then, I do not recommend staying here.
