Courtyard Syracuse Carrier Circle

Honestly, nothing I feel that a customer should be told that extensive renovations are taking place. For starters. Or hat the price should reflect that. I pick hotels based on certain things. And this fell short on most.

Solid place for the price

The room was clean and the upgrades were very a very nice touch. The grounds are also kept well. The staff were very professional and helpful. We stay in this hotel every year for one night on our way to Maine. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel entrance and exit was in a construction site. Difficult to get in and out especially for disabled spouse. A real mess.

Perfectly located at interstate 90, accessible rooms, beautiful courtyard, on site cafe and bar and last but not least, the incredible 2nd shift staff. You get what you pay for and I will pay. Wish there were discounts for senior citizens.

There was construction going on and the pool was closed as of the 2nd day there. But a big deal as we took kiddos to the state fair. Luckily the pool was open on our first day there due the grandkids.

NO TEA had to buy. Lines to purchase anything at Bistro. Pricy for performance

Was clean. No issues

Nice courtyard. Good indoor pool with skylight and long hours. No microwave! (They brought one in the next day. I had to put it on the desk.) "Internet TV" HBO glitchy, sometimes unusably frozen. "Breakfast" in listing means pricey offering at their in-house Bistro.

We stayelhd for three nights, fortdesk was very helpful at check in. The building was under construction not fun to look at the debris at the time if checking. The room was clean, no microwave, and the balcony doesn't lock. We inform front desk nothing done. It was safety concern for my 2 years old boy.

I liked my stay but it would have been nice if you offered your guest coffee in the morning!

I stayed their and I loved it I stayed the night here for the usher and Chris brown concert and I enjoyed myself the room was so clean everyone was nice I will return
