This hotel had bed bugs, dirt, homeless people everywhere. Didn't feel safe, mattress was filthy, room dirty. Environment not safe. All of it was bad.

Convience and cheap Their were bugs the beds and comforters were dirty the bathroom door was broke tv remote was broke ans they took a 50 dollar deposit from us and never gave it back although I cleaned the room the mirror was disgusting you couldn't even see through it and we left it more presentable than they did and they kept my money I will never go back

We had to buy Lysol spray, wipes and gloves from a nearby gas station and clean both rooms ourselves. My sister's mattress had bodily stains so bad that we had to flip it over. Neither room had a telephone. My sister's room had no trash can, and despite requesting one Saturday morning, we repeatedly had to ask about it. We also struggled to get enough towels, pillows and basic bedding. My bed didn't even have a comforter until we specifically requested one. The pool and ice machine were also unavailable. Sunday night, there was loud music and a party-like gathering near the front desk, children running around, people smoking and drinking outside, and police repeatedly circling the property. We documented the conditions and provided our evidence to Expedia. Expedia acknowledged our complaints but offered only $100 in future OneKeyCash toward another Expedia booking. Please carefully review the photos and other guest reviews before booking. Our experience was unacceptable and did not match what was advertised.

Nothing at all Woke up at 2am due to roaches crawling everywhere!! And onto us as we slept. Sketchy people snooping around your car, and hotel is extremely run down and disgusting bugs everywhere.

The property or rooms look nothing like the pictures and there were drug activities. And people acting intoxicated in the breezeway on ariival

This was definitely not a good place to stay or bring families. There is people that live there and sketchy things going on, I saw some suspicious activity. I felt totally uncomfortable. The bed in the room sunk into a hole when lying on it. I came home and washed everything! It may be cheap but trust me it’s not worth it!

There were roaches. The lamps were old and rusted in the rooms. We asked for blankets and there were stains on them. Just what not was expected. The pictures online were deceiving.

Get what you pay for - low budget hotel. First impression is not great. Building looks ok but guests outside looked sketchy. Front desk staff was nice, efficient, friendly. Hallways and common areas are “trying hard” to be nice but have a long way to go (carpets worn and stained). Elevator to second and third floors was worrisome - duct tape holding one panel on. Stairs did not make us feel comfortable. However … once in our room, the furniture looked pretty new, and the comforter and sheets looked clean. King bed, 3 pillows. Duvet did not have a cover on it. Towels are thin. Entry mirror had a cracked frame, window was cracked, but curtains worked pretty well. Sink/vanity are outside the bathroom which makes it nice for getting ready with others in the room. Shower surround looked new, tub was older. Shower head had multiple settings. Water was hot. Coffee maker in the room, but no cups.

If I could give it 0 I would. Said it’s was smoke free and the whole place was smoky and the room I couldn’t go in more than a step. Place was actually falling apart. Elevator buttons didn’t work

This hotel was absolutely disgusting it was filthy. Nothing was clean at all. Worst place I have ever stayed.

The room was very dirty. Black stains on the ceiling above the shower, floors were dirty, yellow stains on the bedding, and halls had an odor. Blanket was a top sheet. Beds were cheap and very uncomfortable. Exterior was dated and dirty as well.

This is a distressed property that the new owners are trying to bring up to standard. The price has kept us off the street, when we're used to 4-Star places from a previous life. It was generally maintained. Alex, the GM, and Dax/Sheena/Ashley were great!

Price was right, clean place, wasn't a bad place for a Friday night

The place is dated, floor in the room was so filthy that when we got our showers in the morning the dirt that ran towards the drain from our feet was disgusting. Definitely did not feel safe. Staff was nice, but that's about all it had going for it. Will NOT stay here again.
