When we checked in another hotel staff opened the door with a key card. The room was not maintained well at all.

Fantastic place! Conveniently located in East Syracuse near Carrier Circle. Helpful, friendly staff who were always there to answer my questions and provide for what I requested. Clean, safe rooms. Peaceful and quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Charged unexpected 50.00 for security deposit they said. The property was in poor condition. Window was falling apart table and stand wobbly. Then finding bug so unhappy and wouldn't even. Issue refund

Just overall filthy poorly maintained..stained pillow cases and sheets room stunk like cat piss ..we went out and bought our own sheets and pillow cases cause the replacements they gave were just as bad ..gladly it was just one night would only recommend on an emergency base

nothing The room was very unclean and the bed had urine stains on it. the room smelled of mold and the window had dripping condensation on it. The room was not vaccummed. I didn't even walk in the bathroom. We did not stay at this hotel. I could not sleep in a bed with urine stains on the sheets.

Nothing there was even a cockroach. It smells smoke , cockroach and no breakfast like the website said.

Clean room The neighbors, police constantly there, getting screwed over on my room selection, the coffee, lack of outlets for the appliances, size of the bathroom, broken wall in the shower, and lack of amenities.

Don’t expect a clean and smooth sailing stay ! Broken bed , bugs everywhere we ended up leaving

This was the most mortifying experience of my life. We left as soon as we checked in. Changed and left for a show. Came back went right to sleep. When I woke up to gwt in the shower blood on thw towels. Used condoms in thw shower. Then a roach popped out and I freaked out and threw all my stuff out and took all my clothes off before getting in the car The body towels, used condoms, cockroaches. Plus it felt as we were going to get trafficked here

Nothing The place was disgusting. Tub wouldn't drain. Toilet was gross. Beds had no blankets. The floors were gross. Drug addicts everywhere hanging outside hotel. Pool wasn't even open. TV didn't work. Fridge was dirty. Sheets were dirty. The room stunkk like cigarettes. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED!!!!!

The property is run down and mostly occupied by extended stay tenants. Main areas are dirty and stink. It’s a non-smoking property but reeks of marijuana. The room was clean but sheets were missing from the bed. There was a coffee maker in the room but when I asked for more coffee they said they were phasing that out and the lobby had coffee.

Fantastic place! Clean and neat. Conveniently located in East Syracuse right off of Carrier Circle. The Syracuse Airport is close by. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff. Excellent free coffee in the morning. Plenty of free parking. I always felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

This was not a hotel—it was a nightmare. The floor looked like it wasn’t even properly constructed, and the whole place felt unsafe and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was a strong smoky smell everywhere, which made the entire stay extremely unpleasant. I could barely feel comfortable being there. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you can.

Checking in was easy & the front desk was very nice and helpful. I got to the room and there was a very strong, almost overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke,. I was somewhat OK with it, but I was worried that they would think it was me who smoked - it was that strong. Bed was comfortable enough, I just wish there was a heavier blanket.
