I really liked the lady who checked me out. She was very friendly. Everything else.

Breakfast and comfort in the room The horrible roundabout near the hotel. I use roundabouts all the time. The one by the hotel is awful and dangerous.

Very pretty hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was great! We got a room with a sofa bed. The couch had completley ripped cushions, when I opened the sofa bed to put the sheets on the protector that was on there was covered in hair, and crumbs it was filthy. We did not even let our daughter sleep in in it. We all had to sleep in the king size bed. I was very upset as we paid for that type of room because of the extra bed. it was very disappointing. I did tell the front desk and got no response . That is also frustrating.

Excellent

The staff was nice. At the price point of this hotel room we were not at all impressed or satisfied. We did not have the best experience with the facilities. The hotel advertised having a pool, they even included that it had a pool in the confirmation email, the pool is closed. They do not have air conditioning, the lobby restaurant and our room were uncomfortably warm. We were locked out of the hotel on the back patio and not able to get out of the fenced area because it was locked and the door leading back into the hotel was not working. We had to call the front desk to come let us in, and they didn't believe us, I insisted they come and let us in- they were aware that the door was broken and said they were waiting on parts, and they did not know the gate was locked - fire hazard. The room was not clean, and had many obvious broken & stained items in our room; the bathtub did not drain, the water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower head leaked, the mirror and several picture frames were broken, the couch and carpet were badly stained so much we did not want to sit on it. There was a light outside of our window that shined brightly in all night, as we had to crack open the window because we were so hot and did not have climate control. The drapes were not hung properly and did not slide easily to close. The beds were very soft and unsupportive, the side lamp on the table could not be used because the cord did not reach the outlet. None of the outlets were GFI. This hotel is a facilities nightmare - I do not recommend it.

The hotel room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices for our family of 5. Every interaction with staff was exceptional. There was a heat wave and the air conditioning was not working in the entire hotel. Otherwise everything was great!

Good beds, shower wasn’t great

The staff were very welcoming and friendly The heat made a rattling noise when it would turn on, the couch was a bit hard, and the traffic on our side was loud out side our window, also the sheets didn’t fit well to the bed.
