Extended Stay America Suites Syracuse Dewitt

The room was absolutely filthy. The mattress was covered in stains, and the sheet on top of it was paper thin. 0/10 would not recommend.

Hotel was pretty bad, I could not get clean linens they said they overbooked and made me leave early but I was charged for the week. Tried to speak with someone but they were rude and nasty and told me to leave.

Spacious They only clean rooms every 2 weeks

it was quiet. right by the concert i was attending. staff was friendly even with all the chaos going on. They are seen and very much appreciated. hotel needs work. elevator was down half the time we were there. and charging for wifi is insane.

staff was calm & respectful undergoing stressful working conditions room wasn’t “ready” until 6:50pm, they were short staffed. the old linens were outside the door all night.. no linens in the room, once i was naked to get into shower did i realize that.. no toilet paper, very out dated and just dirty…

The coffee was the best part of the breakfast I didn’t like the fact that they came up to my room to tell me about the fact that other guests were complaining that my nephews and niece were walking across the floor. They are kids

Cooktop. Location. There was one front desk staff in particular that was extremely rude. Called and argued that I owe money. Laughed at me and said why am I getting mad. Hung up on me. She was very disgusting and for this reason theres no way I would recommend Extended Stay. The other front desk staff and manager were fine. The hallways smelt really pungent. Smelt like old grease and rank. Please change carpets.

It is shabby and the room we reserved was not available. Instead, they put us in a room with a queen size bed.

Tolerated it for a one nighter but would never "Extended Stay" here that's for sure. And what's up with the Little Trees car air freshners hanging from the sprinklers?

Is just a place to sleep. Men drinking alcohol in the parking lot

It’s the worse place ever, when I went to check in they told me it was not available, and i put my reservation 3 weeks ahead of time , they should be more professional on communication they are terrible not professional at all, I would never go to that place.
