Decent location. Manager was nice. Good TV. It was rundown, front desk staff were rude, didn’t have all the cooking utensils I needed (no coffee cups) and horrible breakfast.

The hotel furniture is worn! The refrigerator had mold in the freezer.

This place is a pit and even though it is inexpensive, it is not worth the price! I arrived at 1:00 AM from the Syracuse airport, and there was nobody at the front desk to let me in the front door. I used the phone on the wall that said to call for late check-in and there was no answer I used my cell phone to call the front desk and got no answer. I called the reservations number and after being transferred a couple times, finally got someone who said he would call the General Manager. He put my on hold, AND THEN CUT ME OFF! I called again and got transferred around again and finally got a guy who made a series of calls that went unanswered, but he at least came back to me every few minutes letting me know what he was doing. Finally, after a total of about 30 minutes, the front desk agent returned and let me in. I checked in and went to my room. It was broken down and the floor was filthy. After 30 mins of walking around the room in my socks, I found the bottoms of my socks were disgustingly dirty. There was no blanket on the bed -- only a flat sheet and a sheet-thin bedspread. I had to ask at the front desk the next day for a blanket which they had ready in a plastic wrapper as if they only hand them out on request(??!!!) The bathroom towel rack fell apart dropping parts to the floor each time I put a towel on it. The shower curtain rod was barely attached to the wall so the curtain sags to the middle and hangs wide open on both ends. The Wi-Fi is weak and fades in and out.

Room maintenence was not up to the mark, missing TV cables, no proper cable connection, no towels, no welcome coffee kit, no coffee maker, no shampoo, one hand soap between two persons.... Smell in the room was smoked that lasted for entire night we spent

Breakfast was minimal. The 1st floor elevator button was not working. The staff seemed indifferent.

The management was unhelpful and standoffish.

Very dirty outside. Equipment not working like hood vent, landline is a shell not working, dirty elevators, marijuana smoking right outside, broken doors

Disappointing stay. The AC in our room was completely broken. We reported it to the front desk, but staff made zero effort to fix it or switch our room. Extremely uncomfortable stay due to poor service—would not recommend.
