Spacious and comfortable suite with very functional kitchen (large fridge, microwave, stove top burners, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, utensils). All the standard amenities in the room you'd expect from a Marriott property (king bed, desk, sleeper sofa, full closet, internet). There's a fitness room, pool (outdoor/seasonal), included hot breakfast daily. Easy on/off from NYS Thruway, easy to get to SU and LeMoyne College, short drive to downtown, so great location. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. I've stayed here before and will stay here again!

There is no swimming pool

The location, and Aida from the front desk she is AMAZING!!!! I understand they are renovating but the cleaning could be a bit better!!!

I was fortunate enough to get one of the newly renovated rooms. It was beautiful. They are still renovating other rooms so keep that in mind. Everything was extremely clean and quiet.

The manager was so awesome! She allowed an early check in and a late check out. My stay would not have been so pleasant without her. Every hotel should have a manager like her!!!

When I arrived after four hours, they told me there were no rooms available. They are not professional at all

The property was being renovated so it was busy with construction crews and such. It is a great place to stay when traveling with family. Nicely located, spacious.

Our room was 59• degrees. Contacted front office was told I should have let them know during the day. We weren’t in our room under late after a tournament. It was the coldest two nights of the winter. They also charged my card for two different deposits when I had already paid for it in advance through Expedia. Room also smelled like pee.

The property had a two bedroom apartment small but just right a little kitchen with everything you need and rooms were separated in different buildings I loved that.. pretty much had a great time there we even had free breakfast but missed it everytime because the beds were so comfy I didn’t get out of the bed oh and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a plus for me and livingroom couch bed was a plus as well this little apartment fit all of us at once.. The only thing that bothered me was the couch bed was a little old and you can feel the springs on it.. but it was alright.. also the tv couldn’t watch Netflix or anything the wifi is horrible the remotes are old had to keep pressing buttons over and over to get it to work and eventually gave up on watching tv

I Paid Booking 204...was charged 230 at check in ..told them just apply the 230 to another night and was charged 430 the next day ..ruined the whole trip

The room was great - two bedrooms, two bathrooms and clean and warm. Everything worked great and the front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. During Christmas there was no room service, but it was nice to let the staff have the days off or reduced hours. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was nice and clean. Room size was nice as well
