Motel 6 East Syracuse, NY – Airport

Room was dirty and dangerous for walking around the room the floor was wet and slippery, the bad was dirty, mattress was very very dirty , the shower 🚿 the water didn’t come down it was broken, 😡 never again and I would like a refund on that room. Not a business friendly

However, the absolute worst part was the fresh blood stains on my bed, both fitted and flat sheets. The blanket stunk. It was a very uncomfortable night and I'll NEVER stay at another Motel 6 again!

Umm. Nothing. Maybe the bed was okay. But other than that I was very unhappy with the room. It’s was dirty. I fridge wouldn’t shut and leaked water, With dirty gross ice in the back. The floors were sticky and dirty, no smoking, smelt like cigarettes… as well as had an ashtray in the room. The furniture was beaten and broken. The shower was filthy. Staff was very disrespectful

This place is a dump. It smells like marijuana that is being smoked there, and it has a mild mildew smell. The garbage the guests toss out into the hall is unbelievable. The ice machine was broken, and the towels are so tiny they don't give you more. The room floors are so dirty, and there was hair on the bathroom countertop when I walked into the room. The tub was so chipped up that it was a different color. The bathroom door had a hole in it, and the bathroom towel bar was the only one in there that was ripped from the wall. I went to the front desk with my issues and got no help with these issues, just excuses. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here, especially if you have young children. You will see people hanging outside the front door. I feel they have been living there since I have seen people dropping off groceries there every day. The complimentary coffee was a joke. No hot water for tea or any creamers. Just packets of sugar. There are no chairs in the rooms as in the pictures or in the lobby. This place should be a Hostil its such a dump!!! If I could have gotten my money back I would of tried to get a booking somewhere else.

The price was good but the blanket in the bed was nasty....should be burned! The blanket on the bed was disgusting. They should buy new blankets!

It's okay, we tried it because pets stay free, room was comfortable, property was quiet.

Room was bare. There was a fridge, the bed was okay for comfort but not great, the bathroom was okay. The rooms are loud as you can hear everything. We heard a baby crying all night and there were people talking at 2am and 4am. Not the best experience but wasn’t the worst. Just okay for the price.

Not enough linens!! Only offered cover sheet and one cigarette burned blanket. Not even a bedspread! Tub disgustingly dirty … in need of Clorox! No wash cloths. Floors moist with something. Gross. Zero effort to please guests.

Staff friendly - A place to sleep Smelt of Marijuana inside hotel, next door two dogs never stopped barking, loud people, cars beeping horns at night, bed had hairs, stains and burn holes

The hotel stunk like bleach, the floors were dirty throughout. And it was in a terrible location.

This is a very basic motel. The beds were clean. Everything else was swept clean but grimy and the hall was full of bad smells.

Last minute reservations choices and I think I picked the worse hotel of what was left. This brand name I'll surely avoid. Smokey hallway poor maintained bathroom. Paint stripping from bath sink clogged up.. slept 5 hours and left

Nothing I didn’t even stay The room bedding was dirty & bloody, the door would not lock & I was late 4 the Chris Brown & Usher concert trying to get everything fixed. Still never cleaned anything then I still lost out on a room.
