Suburban Studios East Syracuse Carrier Circle

I was very disappointed. They did not have all my towels at first but said the would send them. Never showed up. No hair dryer. Said they had one then didn’t. Saw bugs in the lobby. 3 buses of children showed up. VERY loud. Finally I checked out at 630 AM and got a call at 2 pm of why I didn’t check out yet. I actually turned my keys into a person and checked out at the desk!

Horrible stay. Staff wasn't helpful at all, problems all the time with this place

The rooms were very clean and up-to-date. It's still under construction, so I wasn't able to use the pool area and breakfast. There was limited options. We have no type of meat option. A tray of beef or Turkey bacon would have been nice well other than that. There's no complaints. Rome do come with a kitchen, but I don't believe they have the cooking utensils, so just bring your own which really sucks for those people that would rather cook

Shower was broke bad check in was in organized with the rooms had to wait for my room to be assigned and I paid everything ahead of time

The price Beds were old and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned hallway smelled like cigarette smoke in a no smoking building

Room needs to be cleaned per shower and ac in corner is outdated.

Breakfast was low quality and parking lots were dirty

Despite they are going through many renovations the staff is amazing and does a great job with maintaining the property. The staff is friendly and willing to help in whatever they can. The rooms are clean and maintained continuously. Made my stay very enjoyable.

They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.

The hotel was perfectly fine for a night or two. For a long-term stay, we would want more comfort.

There wasn't really anything for the breakfast.

Room 103 should not be offered to guests at this time; it seems that it was recently converted from an office and has not been properly prepared yet. There was not even a blanket on the bed (we had to pick one up from the front desk). In addition, the bathroom is subpar (the shower is not really able to be used without soaking the floor and was not installed properly, so the water can't get more than luke warm). The "window" looked into the lobby and therefore can't really be used. The bed was quite comfy -- a good, firm mattress. Room 100 was a big improvement but shows that the hotel chain has made some surprising decisions. There is no carpeting on the floors; instead they use vinyl flooring (which is mopped daily). There are also no closets and only two hangers which are meant to be used with hooks that stick out from the wall near the door. We couldn't manage to get one of the bedside lights to work, and the same went for our TV. Breakfast was not appetizing, so we went to the nearby Denny's instead. I would definitely not stay in the hotel again despite the wonderful staff.

The property is going thru an update process but it need more work, the ac didnt work and the bathroom tub needs attention, i had to pay the price before the city was fully booked but very expensive for what i paid

Never got my deposit back why?

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Suburban Studios. The rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are clean, the amenities are very useful.Thanks to the helpful female weekend staff who helped us with AC and internet issues. We appreciate your responsiveness.

I liked how comfortable it was. Unfortunately my TV and microwave didn't work and some of the other people staying there were really loud.

Room was renovated recently and was very accommodating ✅ My concierge waa exceptional
