2. The room heat/ac unit read 64°. It was cold in the room and we couldn't get the temperature up even with operating the unit panel 3. There was what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom

I decided to leave and not complete my stay. I'm over outdated hotels and them giving the worse rooms because you have a pet and then charge a pet fee. The toilet ran after one use and would not stop. It just felt icky in the room, so I left in the middle of the night. Booked a Friday - Monday. Let Friday/Saturday morning at Midnight. This was my first time staying at a Quality Inn and will more likely be my last.

Price was good and location was ok Walk to room was way to far for someone with handicap. Had to go past reception fine then had to walk way to far through overly sized area with way to many conference room I don’t what exactly they were before even getting to hall to go to room.

No heat until nov , it is cool at night

Bad news was that breakfast was so sparse that there was very little variety, meaning no fresh fruits, very few breads or cereal and absolutely no napkins. No this isn't a typo, if you needed to wipe your hands while eating or God forbid pickup something you dropped there was nothing between the yuck and your paws. The real horror occured at 3am when the temp dropped to 43 degrees and there was no heat. It was so cold that I got dressed and walked down to the front desk to report that the heating unit in my room was blowing cold air. I was shocked when the desk clerk recited NYS accommodations code language which says they don't have to provide heat until October 3rd. So bundle up if you're planning a stay here before then.

The lobby was clean and breakfast area. The hallways were not clean. The ceiling is falling apart. The parking lot had cigarettes and some trash everywhere. The room looked clean enough but everything in the room was old. The fridge didn’t even get cold. The door to the room was sticking and had to push the door to open. My son found a bed bug in his room. The worst part is the room we were given was already occupied. So imagine the shock of opening the door to find people in the room in bed. If you’re looking for a quick stay overnight maybe it’s ok. But you get what you pay for. Should have booked the $200 room by the airport.

Check in experience all depends on when u check in. I’ve stayed here a few times. I’ve had good experience with the gentleman at the front desk in the evening, very helpful & quick check in. The lady that’s there in the evening is very slow at check-in. & not very helpful. I get a I don’t care attitude from her. Hopefully things change over there.

The hotel’s cleanliness was about 3 out of 5. The breakfast was very limited, with only a few options available, and the quality was average. The young girl at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the staff responsible for preparing and serving breakfast were quite unusual and did not provide a pleasant experience.

Property looks old and outdated. No amenities, no microwave in the room. One good thing is the staff was very helpful. 2 Stars at most.

It was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. Everyone I saw was working hard. The front desk was exceptional. I asked for information about local establishments and the workers were very knowledgeable. Any issue I had was resolved quickly and efficiently. I accidentally spilled some coffee on my pants in the dining area and the very nice lady helped me clean up my mess and even offered to launder my clothing. I slept very well. The bedding was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was noise free. I definitely will be staying there again when in the area. Thank you to the staff of this hotel. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The property was under construction when we got there. The pool was empty, couldn't use it. It was probably the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Our bathroom looked like it was started to be worked on and not finished. The counter was not finished, it was not attached to the wall very well. It looks like our room had carpeting that had been taken out. My husband kept stubbing his toe on the threshold from the washroom into the hall way. He could hear our neighbors tv all night long. And we could smell pot being smoked in a non smoking hotel. We definitely will not be back to this hotel.
