En general , el hotel y las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, hace falta renovación, el baño y los pisos lucen muy mal , de hecho solo me quedé a dormir- no usé la regadera por que estaba de muy mal vista

The property was fine for our quick one night trip but wouldn’t recommend. The breakfast was terrible.

We checked in, and one of our rooms had no bedding, just bare mattresses, a pile of dirty linens on a chair. The hotel was in such rough shape and I understand they are going through renovations but it said our rooms were updated and I can’t believe it. Paint chipping, dents in the walls, there was gross hair all over the bathroom, the hairdryer had fallen off the wall, the locks on the doors outside and inside adjoining rooms didn’t work well. The breakfast was lacking, one of the English muffins had mould on it, our apple juice we found a bug in it.

Staff was very helpful and communicated well.

Terrible experience. no ready rooms for three hours after check in. made us late to our event. rude and unprofessional staff.

Room was decent as well as the beds however the hotel is in the midst of some much needed renovations, lights and electrical outlets in room were missing covers, thermostat was not working and room was stuck at 62 even with the AC being turned off, it was still running and blowing cold air. Additionally pool was not open due to renovations. For us it was just a place to rest our heads after full day of travel, so we were not incredibly bothered by these things however upgrades are definitely needed.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked. I liked my stay 😊

The Property is still under construction, but clean. Friendly staff.

The facility itself was not maintained and not clean. Looks like it was under some construction. It was not aesthetically pleasing at all. I would not recommend anyone staying here and honestly, I would recommend they shut this place down until they can fix the facility and have better staff. I would give this place zero stars. Never ever staying here again!

It was very poorly maintained. Beat up, not in good shape. But it was relatively clean and inexpensive.

Affordable for a quick layover

Staff are friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Mary, LaShonda, Todd and Annie for all your kindness and help! My kids and I had a great time in Syracuse and our hotel stay will be part if our good memories there!

Disappointed that garbage wasn’t picked up on Friday. Had take out and pizza box was there for two days.

Room was dirty. Shower had mold. Holes in the walls.

It was a good price for our 1-night stay. The bed was comfortable. The TV remote would not work. The front desk clerk was responsive and brought us a second remote, but still no dice.

Poorly kept grounds View out window was unsightly construction. Somewhat upset not being told about the construction site. The breakfast bar was excellent!!!

The staff claims they are in the middle of renovations. Its apparent they haven't dived into the rooms yet, the bathroom air duct filled with dust along with numerous water stains in the ceilings. Could not adjust the AC temperature. What type of hotel has a needle collection bin in the lobby bathroom
