DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Syracuse

Did not give 5 stars because sheets were thin and did not stay on the mattress.

Room was filthy, a/c didnt work properly, sink didnt drain

The buffet breakfast you get free at other hotels was $17. However, the nightly warmed chocolate chip cookies were delicious. The airport shuttle, indoor pool, exercise room, and conference rooms were nice additions, but we did not use them.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and breakfast was ok

Good location and nice staff, but property wasn’t as clean as you’d expect from a 4 star.

No microwave,

My room was clean but the day it rained the ceiling was leaking. I moved into another room just in time. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The WiFi was good. I didn’t have breakfast. The room was a bit humid. The pool was and jacuzzi were nice.

The breakfast was really a great addition! We stayed there to go to the RnB Tour, we are from NYC so it was great to get out of the city!

Breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very helpful.

Very clean. Rooms were smaller than anticipated and they advertised queen beds and they were only full, at best and no microwave. Very clean though so I’m not complaining.

Location The rooms where old, especially for the price, the elevator was so sketchy, wouldn’t stay here again

Room was clean and comfortable

Location was not properly lit in the night, elevator to the forth floor had issues and when the rain fell, gave the feeling of leaks.

Paid $350 for the room, price was inflated due to the R and B tour. Overpriced, hotel was underwhelming and not the cleanest
