DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Syracuse

Before I made the reservation it clearly say has breakfast included. When we checked in the lady at front say clearly breakfast it’s included from 6:30am-10:30am. Next day when we went downstairs they told us we have to pay an extra fee for breakfast that in our reservation was not included it. MAYBE BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED JUST BECAUSE TO BE LATINO

Excellent customer service.

Great ac, beds very comfortable. Coffee maker broken, no fan in bath room, very far walk to elevators. Thought we would get CVMA discount, surprise only on 4 day booking. Would have done more research if I had know it. I was told yes.

Dirty hotel. No individually controlled AC in rooms. I was provided a fan and told they were upgrading the system next year. Tall gentleman at front desk did not even greet us when we approached for check-in. Poorly run and mismanaged.

Staff was great. Needs updating in the worst way. Prom and multiple girls softball teams staying while I was there so very very loud

Front desk staff was exceptional. Pool is lovely and a comfortable temperature (not too cold!) - just note it is open 9am-9pm.

Hotel felt old and outdated. Didn’t feel welcoming. We had called before we made the reservation to ensure that they had an airport shuttle, and the gentleman told us the hours and said no problem. Upon arrival, the agent was very irritated that we hadn’t made arrangements ahead of time. Would not stay here again.

We actually had a bad experience there. The bathtub was clogged up. There was no body wash and they took a long time to take care of issues they came twice and problem was not resolved

staff was great, room was clean, good experience during a busy graduation weekend.

the breakfast was ok, location too it was very dirty; the bathroom had extremely filthy corners, the bathtub was filthy..the sheets were dingy. there was no fan inthe bathroom, and the mirrors remained fogged up for a long time after a shower.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful

The check out person. Lovely silver haired woman. Pillows smelled, body wash lotion, etc not filled

Breakfast was sensational

good When I arrived the heat wasn't working. The heat worked on and off for 3 days. The heater ran constantly blowing cold air for the first 3 nights. Zachary Caza was made aware of the problem. Shuttle ride was quick and simple

Doubletree was a port in the storm. Our flight was delayed, then cancelled. So we were 10pm at the airport looking for a place to stay. The shuttle was wonderful, the drivers were so helpful too!

Breakfast was amazing Check in and out were easy Security deposit charged to me without knowing. Room and elevator were so far away. Bed was not very comfortable
