Thank you so much to the front desk staff who were so helpful and accommodating to us during our stay! The room had no blackout curtains and instead had sheer curtains people could see through.

The location and hotel were nice. I was double charged for my stay, I prepaid but was charged again once I checked in, so overall, I was charged over $1000 for a 2 night stay. I had to go to the front desk several times, and I got a different answer every time. I spoke to someone about the charge not even an hour after I checked in, and he assured me he would take care of it. I was in town for an event and told him I would have to check back in the morning. The next morning, someone else was at the front desk and had no idea what I was talking about and told me she didn't see a double payment. I finally was told they had to call booking.com. my issue was not resolved until days later. I asked who was responsible for my overdraft, and the person on the phone said they would talk to her manager, who told her they would not be responsible even if it was not my fault. I also tried calling booking.com, who said they were not able to get someone on the phone from the hotel and sent me a link to upload both my proof of double charges, which I did, but I later got an email that it was not acceptable. Horrible experience Noone took responsibility for any of this. I finally got my money back almost a week later, but I have to pay the fees for the errors.

Place was super nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was great and I usually don't say that about a complimentary breakfast. Stayed at the armory the time before this and this place is way above that one for sure. Free parking and breakfast are beneficial

I typically stay in a Hilton hotel but decided to go with Marriott to compare and I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast choices were great and they had sugar free syrup. I would suggest to add sugar free jelly and it would have been perfect. The staff were so friendly and approachable.

One of the better hotel experiences I can remember. When we checked in my two kids were admiring the snack area, and the clerk went over and gave them each a candy bar. Breakfast staff was very helpful heating up some food we brought for my youngest with allergies. My wife also left a toiletry bag and they hung onto it for us until we could pick it up the next day. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and free parking/breakfast at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

I drink coffee late at night and the man at the front desk told me that there is complimentary coffee and tea 24/7. The room was super clean ! The bed was nice and big. The AC was strong. I honestly have no complaints. It was a great stay.
