Springhill Suites by Marriott Syracuse Carrier Circle

Had a great stay everything was pretty perfect the breakfast was a bit misleading it is definitely not a buffet breakfast there was eggs that were very watery it was sausage that was not cooked you can make your own waffles yogurt cereal bagels it's all self serve. Nothing like I ever seen at a Marriott before and I always stay in Marriott so I don't know what to compare it to is it more of a convenient go breakfast. Pool is small little shallow.

This hotel is in excellent shape and is very clean. The pool is tiny. Quite a disappointment. Breakfast was basic unless you love waffles. The eggs looked microwaved. The sausage was unappealing and oatmeal was watery

Other than that, I do highly recommend this property. So, if you are a back sleeping MAGA, this is a great property :-D

It was clean. I liked having my room on the first floor. It was close to everything. They gave me all the towels and things that I needed. Staff was excellent.

Very good

You are understaffed for breakfast. We had to wait for coffee, wait for refill on food, wait for milk, wait for bagels. Suggestion to set out much more, fill it all up and have a reserve ready for faster change outs. I had to ask someone to wipe down our tables to eat on clean tables. The air conditioning vents along the windows where we ate breakfast had water dripping down on us while we ate breakfast.

I will tell you, there was a blond lady hustling her bum off to keep reception and the breakfast going well and she knocked it out of the park (definitely deserves a bonus$). At check in there would have been a circus next to my room and they changed it, no questions asked, no making me feel bad. Like magic, all was well. I was incredibly grateful after a long drive. Area is safe and seems to be business-park-ish.
