Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse/Carrier Circle

This was a good location with a well kept facility. We were very pleased with the whole experience! Staff was helpful. We had no complaints. We would stay here again!

My daughter loved the pool and the breakfast (6 years old)! The bed was firm and there was plenty of pillows. Front desk staff were lovely. My only complaint was that the tub drain was pretty dirty. My daughter had asked to take a bath after the pool and I couldn’t allow that so she had to shower instead, which is disappointing as it’s hard to find hotels with big bath tubs anymore these days. They also deactivated our key cards at least 20 mins prior to checkout, so it was a good thing when only my husband took our bags to the car— that I could let him back into the room. Besides that, no complaints. Nice place to stay when you’re traveling to go to the state fair.

The room was clean, the staff was pleasant, the area was quiet and this was a pleasant experience.

Breakfast very good and plenty of food and choices.

Breakfast was good. Easy to find.Large rooms. The faucets in bathrooms sprayed onto counters whenever they were in use. The bed was noisey,sounded like old bedsprings. Not comfortable. The sliding door in the bathroom wouldn't stay shut. I asked for a room near elevator because I have injured knee, instead I got the next to last room at the far end of the hall. I am using a cane to help me walk,so that made my knee hurt more. Will not be using this facility again

The ladies at the front desk and the gentleman at night helped me out tremendously

It would have been a five except for the breakfast. Hard to find a clean table. Food only so so.

Very clean, very friendly staff and the value for the room was very lovely. Just the fire alarm, but that wasn’t the staff’s fault.

When we checked in, we were quoted a price never told that there was going to be a $75 pet fee. They charged it to my card after we checked out. I was never notified about the charge. The faucet in the bathroom leaked the room was supposed to have a shower with a tub. It only had a shower. The fridge worked when it wanted to. I have an autistic granddaughter who was with me on this vacation and we asked for late checkout because one of our reservations got changed at the zoo and they wanted to charge us $200 for a whole Nother stay

The pool was being cleaned. Not a bad thing. It was open and ready to use during our stay.
