Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse/Carrier Circle

When we checked in, we were quoted a price never told that there was going to be a $75 pet fee. They charged it to my card after we checked out. I was never notified about the charge. The faucet in the bathroom leaked the room was supposed to have a shower with a tub. It only had a shower. The fridge worked when it wanted to. I have an autistic granddaughter who was with me on this vacation and we asked for late checkout because one of our reservations got changed at the zoo and they wanted to charge us $200 for a whole Nother stay

The pool was being cleaned. Not a bad thing. It was open and ready to use during our stay.

The room was very spacious and clean. Was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room to see a welcome display on the tv with my last name. The indoor pool very was nice. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. All the staff was very nice. It was a great stay and I'll book with them again. Experienced no problem or concern

It was pleasant and clean for the most part. I got to my room late after a long day at the state fair and when I opened up the pullout sofa for my daughter there was only one spare pillow for the couch (no bedding/blanket) and also no soap to wash our hands in the bathroom. I called the front desk and was told I had to come down to get the missing items. I was hoping the breakfast would redeem the stay. It did NOT! For almost $300/night I was expecting a big variety of items. That was certainly not the case.

We had a good stay.

Had a wonderful time with my children. The pool was great, everything was very clean, breakfast was terrific and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at a hotel.
