Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse/Carrier Circle

When we were checking out, the elevators didn’t work. This was not the fault of the staff but it made checking out harder.

Traveled with my family and we had a very enjoyable experience. Lots of parking availability, clean rooms, lots of local amenities and morning breakfast was great with lots of options.

No elevator They charged me extra I dont know why? They did not tell the reason for extra change

Rooms was cleaned with enough towels and toiletries. I got my room before checking time. Was excited about that because I was traveling from a distance. Staff was welcoming, parking was good. Breakfast was great…

When we arrived elevators out of service and we were on the second floor. So we had to lug our luggage up stairs. I did not receive the room type I reserved the sink was clogged , lowest water pressure I’ve ever had in a hotel the shampoo the was supposed to be mounted to the wall was on the shower floor, breakfast had no orange juice .

The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was AWESOME! One of the main reasons we wanted to stay there was the pool, but it was closed. The front desk did offer to call the hotel next door to let us go there, but part of the draw of a pool is swimming where you are staying. That was the only disappointing part of our stay, but a pool is honestly the first thing we look for.

The shower had pink mold in the corners. There was not a second roll of toilet paper and it was running very low to the point I felt the need to conserve in the middle of the night. It would have been nice to have the directions to the WiFi as well as the amenities either offered, explained, or posted.

Clean room and property and great staff.

2. The front desk staff was helpful but overburdened the night we arrived. Only one person was on duty. The usual coffee and tea was not available for guests. 3. Both elevators were out of service on the day of our departure. We are elderly and had to carry our suitcases down two flights of stairs.

Room and bathroom were quite nice. Hot breakfast was good. Location is decent, but not much in walking distance, our particular room window was almost completely blocked by the entryway pergola thing. Seemed a bit expensive, charge for parking was a bummer.

The receptionist was very polite and friendly.

When I checked in I was greeted by Danielle, she made it very easy and she had a wonderful demeanor! Im coming in from New Jersey and will book again! Nothing

The stay was just a quick night for graduation the next morning at Le Moyne. The person who checked us in was pleasant she got us extra towels and let us in the pool. Breakfast was good. Coffee was probably the best hotel coffee I’ve had in a while. The bathroom had some chipped paint but I’ve seen worse
