The personnel are incredible. From the front desk to the g.m. and operations manager. 5 star resorts do not have more professional talent. The rooms are very clean, the WiFi is fast, and the cable worked great. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. You get a lot for a great value.

Just positive all around

First room they put us in had a bathroom fan that screeched loudly when the light was turned on. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room it reeked of smoke. We were sent to 4 more rooms and finally found one that was tolerable (Jen the hotel clerk was quite helpful). There is no coffee maker in the rooms and the coffee served in the lobby was barely warm and always stale. The pool and hot tub looked like they contained sewage and the whole place is deteriorating badly. I have stayed in many motel 6’s over the years and all but this one have been quite good. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff is amazing. Rooms are kept clean that I am machines didn’t work. I’d find lots of glass throughout the parking lot, which is extremely unsafe with pets walking around lots of homeless, local and parking around the facility, including walking out to one sleeping outside of my door otherwise overall definitely recommend.

Nothing. It smelled like cigarettes, the toilet didn't work, there was dog feces all over the grounds, the hot tub and pool were full of trash and fetid water and the staff lied about helping me.

Saw a roach the second we walked in and within the first couple hours we had seen about 5 roaches at least that we had to kill. Do not recommend. Full of roaches

The rooms were on clean. There was mild or hung growing in the bathroom. There was cockroaches in the room. We checked in about 3 left our stuff and left for the day. When we arrived about midnight we noticed the cockroaches. So we left. We didn’t even stay. We made our 3 hour drive home at 1:30 just so we won’t stay.

The floor was dirty, the sink was dirty, the refrigerator was dirty and sticky. The door, even when closed was bowed in at the bottom line it has been kicked in at some point. The rooms were checked out to us even though one of them wasn’t ready. Part of our group had to wait to get in to theirs. It was very musty smelling and smelled like marijuana. Didn’t seem to be well monitored as it was well after 1:00 a.m. and there were a lot of people outside being very loud.

I liked that I hop was close but that's about all I liked. I did not like the lack of intelligence in the front desk staff and especially the manager. The manager was definitely on some sort of drug as she was not making any sense when talking to her. The front desk deliberately hung up on booking when they were called out for making a mistake. Everyone there was so unprofessional.
