Candlewood Suites Tallahassee by IHG

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, room, and property. Everything was very clean, well maintained and the staff were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Great stay clean and quiet. Beds very comfortable

The customer service was on point and the location was convenient. However… There was a baby roach on my pillow, a plastic spoon left on the floor and an unclean tub (hair and dirt particles). I wanted to really like this hotel, but I couldn’t.

Nicholas the receptionist was over the top accommodating. Nada

The facility was nice. Close to the highway but still quiet. The only thing bothersome was the sound of the room doors closing. Seemed excessively loud.

I attempted to book a room and received information from management, that rooms were available; yet I had to be charged for the previous night and the current day. My first thought was how bizarre, why is that. Management stated because check-in is not until 11am. So, I asked well couldn’t I just be charged for one night and just check-in early. She stated “No”. I’m pretty understanding but the economic we live in just doesn’t do justice with having to pay for two nights. I attempted to cancel my reservation after being instructed by front desk staff as a suggestion to book online; upon trying to cancel it would not allow me to do so. I was charged for a stay I did not even check-in for after being almost scammed into paying for two night. Will never do business with the likes of such hotel. I’m sure it is a nice Hotel though. GREAT Location! Just a few minutes away from College Town and out of the intense Traffic.

Very good

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. No breakfast but a fair place to stay the night while traveling through.

Always great to stay at Candlewood. Everything you need for an affordable price.

Everything you need for an affordable price.

We had to change plans due to flight delays and they helped facilitate a partial refund.

Exceptional

My room bathroom toilet was filthy nasty. I could not believe it. I reported the issue to the front desk, eight hours later the bathroom still had not been cleaned. They finally moved me to another room. I was so inconvenienced.

Will book again. It had everything I needed.

Good Stay!!

Overall an OK stay. Room was clean, shower/ tub would not drain. Not much around the area, car access only. We have stayed in more modern and better equipped hotels in Tallahassee and probably won't stay again

The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, had dried up food stains from the previous person that used them . Coffee cup had stains is well.

Na

The place is beautiful, clean just that my room there was no dining area
