Our room was not clean. It was gross!

Overall, this was a good stay. However, I do believe the staff working on the property should wear name badges or some form of identification so guests can easily recognize that they are employees. It would help provide an added sense of security and professionalism.

The room looked really clean, but when I was showering I saw mold in the shower. It was on the corners of the floors. Good thing I always carry shower sandles. The rest of the room seemed clean but the mold in little places had me thinking maybe there are things I can't see. There was a mini fridge, temp was okay. Could have been colder. The coffee cups and lids in the room had stains (not that I was going to make coffee, I don't trust hotel room coffee machines). The phone in the room did not work. I had to call front desk from my cell phone to ask about the wifi situation. The gentlemen told me what we had to do but that didn't work. So use my data I did. We just stayed for 1 night before coming home so no biggie. The AC worked great. There was a little patio right outside the room. Just open the sliding door and chill. Could also go to the pool that way. Check in and check out was super fast and smooth. Just small things that need addressing.

Staff was very kind

The room was spacious and clean, staff was wonderful and accommodating. They helped me print out some items I needed for orientation. The only challenge we had was breakfast as we thought there was kitchen and breakfast would be served but it wasn’t.

The room was not inviting at all. It lacked warmth, comfort, and any thoughtful touches for guests. It felt very plain and unappealing, which was quite surprising and disappointing.

Stayed one night, the bed was comfortable and the room eas clean, the surrounding area had a few restaurants and places to go, was convenient to a bus stop.

The property was conveniently located for everywhere I wanted to go. The pool area was nice and the room was spacious

The staff help in everything. But the property needs a remodel 911. The worst sofa bed ive slept on. The rug inside the room was dirty and the bathroom completely bad. Location is good. Would i stay there again? I dont think i will.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom during my stay. The bathroom floor and the shower floor were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned before my arrival. Considering how much I paid for this hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. It was very uncomfortable having to use the bathroom in those conditions. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards so future guests don’t have the same experience.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The layout is awkward and I went in a door that was right below my room and felt like I walked around the whole facility before getting to my actual room.

Very good price for a three night stay
