Courtyard by Marriott Tallahassee Downtown/Capitol

In our stay in Courtyard hotel, we verily sleep due to screaming next door. The cleaning was so poor, no replacement of coffee for the coffee machine. For the price they not even offer little breakfast. Not even think of buffet breakfast. We feel like being in 2 star hotel. Our service dog has to pay for the stay, she was well trained. So disappointed.

I really appreciated the Bistro having breakfast options everyday as I was relying on Uber for travels for work. They have Starbucks coffee. I used their gym every evening and it was well maintained. The staff seemed really happy and were helpful throughout my time there.

Wasn’t as nice as pictured

The staff was very friendly, the bistro was amazing. The only thing that I would have like to have had was a microwave in the room versus having to go downstairs and to the far end of the hotel to use a microwave.

I love the balcony overlooking the pool. There is a bistro with decent but expensive food which made it nice not to have to go out after a long day of driving. The best part of the whole stay was our server Izzy. He was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. There was an orange sticky stain on the bedspread. The dead bolt lock did not work.

Only the location No hot water, no tv/internet,and there was a leak n my room that made the entire flooring wet I addressed my concerns and I’m still trying to reach the manager the front desk workers puts you on a goose chase to get help they asked me to await 20 minutes to speak to the manager i waited only to be told that she’s not in the office after the 20 minutes that i waited
