Home2 Suites by Hilton Tallahassee State Capitol

Muy bonito, limpieza y buen trato

The hotel was clean, room was ready, and location was excellent. During one of the busiest weekends of the year (Parents Weekend), we stayed here. We left some things in the room and Serena was instrumental in helping us recover those items. Great service from Serena even after we departed! Thank you so much for a great stay and experience. Serena was polite, helpful, and professional. We appreciate her so much!

The floor was dirty and the carpet smelled. Unfortunately we had no where else to stay as everything was booked for parent weekend at FSU.

- Dead Roach found in the corner of the bathroom. No one wants to take bugs home. - Circuit breaker/ fuse box in plain view within the room is unsecured and has an obviously broken door literally hanging on the hinges. - Bathtub faucet caulking in disrepair. - Bathtub has thick dark “ring” causing the white tub to look grey. - 2 safety rails are in disrepair. (Handicapped accessible room) - Section of baseboard is missing in the bathroom while other sections are in disrepair. - Carpet poorly vacuumed - piece of bacon and several small beads found in the rug. - Large cut in the rug right in the middle of the floor. - Pull-out sofa bed has an unsafe loose wire protruding. Cannot safely sleep without getting poked. - Fixture on toilet in disrepair - Air conditioning smells like urine. - Wood is split on an internal door. - Bed advertised as a queen size is actually a full size and is very thin and “creaky / noisy” with every move - like a bed for kids / teenagers. - Bed nightstand is cracked. - Cloth Sofa is clearly stained and foul / musty smelling. - Several Stains on the ceiling and walls. - Elevator is filthy. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. WORST HILTON STAY EVER! There are plenty other options in the area, do yourself a favor and pick a different location. No one wants to take bugs home. Amazing that no one has complained about this place before me. I have pictures to support my claims.

Perfect everything was clean and ready

coffee maker did not work

The location of this hotel is perfect and in the center of Tallahassee. Close to Starbucks and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and lots of shopping. It's minutes from FSU too. I would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you

Location Nothing

Location Pillows too soft

Hotel management should speak to guests who bring pets that won't stop barking.

Had to call front desk about the noise above my room, the television in the room too small for room, no stove. The room walls were lined with cabinets, space that seem to have no purpose, shower floor, very slippery,
