Well kept. Breakfast was ok

Room smelled a little musty and needed some VERY MINOR maintenance, but I use this location frequently and will do so again.

The overall stay was ok. The breakfast was not up to par for a Hilton hotel. The food was old and menu items did not offer a variety.

Our room didn't have a working AC. Super gllad that we were able to move to a different room but it wasn't what we paid for so happy they made it right by giving us some points. The place looked nice but it smelled of urine. Wouldn't go there again.

The lobby breakfast area is well overcrowded. The food did not look appetizing at all; egg circles in a plastic bin? Very strange! We were so uncomfortable, left a day early.

The staff did not speak any English. Did not understand need additional wash clothes. There was a lot of children running throughout the halls late at night

Close to FSU while attending orientation AC went out in my room in the middle of the night on my second night. The breakfast was just ok. The sauseges were cold and the croissant sandwiches were soggy. The coffee had run out the first morning within 30 minutes of breakfast opening.

Breakfast very simple

The breakfast could have been better. Things were not replenished in a timey manner. At 7:30 am there should be hot coffee and plenty of it.

Carpets are dirty and really should be replaced with tile. Floors are hollow. I was kept awake by noise coming from the floor above me. After calling the front desk with no results I went upstairs myself and asked the other guests to keep it down.

The room that

Not much Dirty, not clean, elevators smelled like pee, breakfast was awful and messy, not much fresh food, night clerk terrible checking in, room had mold in the caulking in bathroom, shower head coming out of wall, tub plug not working, ac not cold, appliances dirty, room carpet dirty, dogs barking in hallway most of the night, parking fee unannounced. Overpriced, definitely not a Hilton standards.
