Best Western Tallahassee-Downtown Inn & Suites

There’s a sketchy dirt trail on the odd numbered side of that hotel where look like stragglers and wonders and homeless people were going down through their shopping cart so I don’t know reek like marijuana there as soon as you step out of your room just so you’re aware. As far as the rooms and the breakfast go, they were top-notch and the staff as well.

A great choice for the money. The staff very professional, location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and other facilities. My first time staying, but I anticipate booking with them in the future.

This hotel room smelled musty. Carpet was old and smelled like it hadn't been vaccumed or cleaned in years. The bathroom tub was dirty did not give the impression someone had cleaned it. The sheets/comforter caused an allergic reaction to my eyes in the morning. Terrible experience. Ceiling had water mark so definitely had leak at one point. Paid for a different hotel on 2nd night. It was the absolute worst. Impossible to take pictures is a MUSTY DIRTY SMELL!

Would NOT stay here!!!

Nothing It wasn’t clean

Only the location. The room was dirty, with bugs in the bathtub and a spider on the pillow. The towels were brand new and smelled like they hadn't even been washed since purchase. The hairdryer didn’t work properly; it seemed to be dying.

I did not enjoy my stay. The carpet was dirty when we walked in. The room smelled like a dog and was always damp. The shower was completely gross and they put a white sticker over a huge rust spot. Who wants to stand in a tub with that, especially when that rust spot gets wet. I asked for replacement wash cloths and they could only provide me with 2. I reported my sink was leaking on the carpet and no one came to fix it. I was so happy to leave and if it wasn’t for parents weekend, I would have found someplace else to stay.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s an older motel but it was clean and comfortable.

My room smelled terribly of cigarettes.. make sure you book a non-smoking room. Couch in room had multiple stains and cigarette burns. Toilet had urine stains on it. The mattress was really uncomfortable. You can feel every mattress spring. I tried to get a room change, but the hotel employee said the hotel was completely booked. hotel staff was nice. I ended up checking out a day early. The hotel at the time was not willing to give me a refund for the last nights booking . It’s safe to say I won’t be booking another best Western hotel.

The first room smelled like mildew and mold. Impossible to imagine sleeping in there. We finally got moved to another room and it smelled like smoke. I just unpacked and all of our clothes smell like smoke. Paid $500/n because it was family weekend.

Never had a bad bed with this motel best western The tv channels were not much to talk about.

Could barely sleep. Beds were awful. Never again.

Remodel property very clean

Pretty affordable and decent I did not like that the property owners had roofers come clean their roofs, and they brushed dirt and grime onto my vehicle that I just had detailed a few days ago. I let the owner know about it and all he said was he’d talk to the roofers and nothing else on the issue of my white vehicle having black stuff on it from their carelessness.

Newly painted, a great deal, quick to FSU!

One night stay worked out as needed.

Musty smell though out room. Piss stains on bathroom floor. Stains on towels

Disappointing

Gloria at the front desk was phenomenal. The shower was pretty bad. The faucet was inexplicable. There was virtually no cool (much less cold) water, risk of scalding water or none at all.

Very friendly staff,would recommend it.
