Best Western Tallahassee-Downtown Inn & Suites

Breakfast was far. Location was good. Room smelt like cigarettes smoke, floor had dead bugs on it. Floor was dirty got my socks black. Live spider on the bed. People having sex in the pool.

Clean room but TV didn’t work right. Volume kept cutting out.

As always I was greeted with a friendly face and kindness! One of my favorite homes away from home!

Wonderful staff always willing to assist at any time!

The pool was clean. There was a great area to take the dog behind the pool. Well mowed and room to roam. The bathrooms at the pool were closed and locked. The bathroom faucet leaked and couldn’t be completely turned off. Homeless people rolled up with their shopping carts and jumped into the pool for a nice quiet swim. The sheets were not a good quality. The hot breakfast was the same all of the three days we stayed. The scrambled eggs were very poor quality cheap. They charged a daily fee for pets even though they only had to clean up once after we left.

The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The tub looked dirty and there was a big repair patch inside the tub. The toilet was not secured to the ground. There was grainy debris on the sheets after the comforter was pulled back. Housekeeping clearly cuts corners a lot! The pool was nice. The free breakfast was nice. The landscape of the property was pretty. The laundry area machines were dirty and appeared to hadn’t been cleaned in a long time either. I changed my mined about washing my clothes. I took a photo of the tub, but forgot to take a photo of the laundry machines. The dirt in the bed was too small to photograph.

Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was just ok

Not one thing They stole $551.25 from my account by charging me an additional night. The room was not clean, the bedding was tore, and the toiletries were used. I called the front desk to see if they had another room, they responded “no”. When I expressed my concerns I was given the run around. This place has hidden fees that they claim are written in bookings policy, which I have found untrue. If this site has any concern for their customers, please remove this location from your pickings.

Emma and Mike are very helpful, respectful and nice made my stay a pleasure and relaxing. Property was very clean and maintained i would definitely continue to stay as long as im in tallahassee

The front desk staff were very nice, engaging, and friendly.

The size of the room WiFi did not work, the desk clerk checking in reaked of stinking cigars (black and mild) the breakfast was posted until 10am both days attendant pulled food at 915, on Monday while we were still eating she pulled food turned out the light while we were still eating and closed the door of the eating area didn't even speak to tell us what she was doing Plumbing to toilet not working properly

The staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
