Room was reasonably clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was poor, bare minimum compared to other hotels. But main issue was that the hotel looks pretty run down and past due for refurbishing. I would not stay there again because of that.

Front desk personnel was very friendly and nice. Rooms was clean and spacious. Will visit again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable for our family of 5 (3 kids). Pool could have been better maintained, but it was okay. Breakfast bar was suitable for all.

Overall, it was good. Didn't realize there was a parking fee though. Kind of annoyed at that. Why charge extra for parking? I would rather it just be included in the room rate.

The staff was phenomenal. From the time will arrive the desk clerk ensured that they met our accommodations and ensured us If there was anything we need please let them know. Very friendly.

The room setup was amazing. My usual stays in other hotels had me waiting to get into the bathroom. This room I could use either or and my daughter could do the same, we didn’t have to wait. The hot water took longer than expected to heat up.

It is a great place, to stay, in a great location. However, I didn't have all that great experience due to ongoing cold water issues in the shower and sinks, and a couple of issues with the televisions. The staff were amazing! They did everything in their power to make things right, all while maintaining a very good attitude.

We loved our stay and woulf stay here again!

It was clean everyone was as nice. Clean location was ok

Breakfast was also good Check in and out was easy and plenty of parking We had some issues with the shower in our room. No pressure and sometimes the water wouldn’t get warm at all.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, room was spacious and clean. Only disappointment was the pool was not open.

I learned after arriving to the hotel that I was being charged each night for parking. Upon arrival, I was not informed of breakfast hours which could have definitely helped with extra expenses for me. When I made mention during checkout, the young lady was very apologetic and offered snacks for the children. Overall the stay was totally different from my first stay here a couple of years ago.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. They made both check in and check out an easy process. The staff accommodated our stay with our needs. Will recommend and will be coming back to this hotel when we are in town.

The short haired lady making breakfast sat and talked with people every day. I just wanted to be alone. The fridge in my room had spoiled food In it. The hot water didn’t work Monday. The room smelled awful.
