Other than the internet being down and I needed it for work and my key not working properly, everything else was pretty good. Room was spacious, very clean and front desk was helpful. Hotel is close to many things and I will likely stay again!

Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast lady, she was the best!! The room was very spacious & comfortable for our family. It's a beautiful hotel & we appreciated being spaced away from others staying in the hotel, because it helped us get a quiet night's sleep. Our family really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, so good!!!

Room was reasonably clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was poor, bare minimum compared to other hotels. But main issue was that the hotel looks pretty run down and past due for refurbishing. I would not stay there again because of that.

Overall, it was good. Didn't realize there was a parking fee though. Kind of annoyed at that. Why charge extra for parking? I would rather it just be included in the room rate.

It is a great place, to stay, in a great location. However, I didn't have all that great experience due to ongoing cold water issues in the shower and sinks, and a couple of issues with the televisions. The staff were amazing! They did everything in their power to make things right, all while maintaining a very good attitude.

We loved our stay and woulf stay here again!

I learned after arriving to the hotel that I was being charged each night for parking. Upon arrival, I was not informed of breakfast hours which could have definitely helped with extra expenses for me. When I made mention during checkout, the young lady was very apologetic and offered snacks for the children. Overall the stay was totally different from my first stay here a couple of years ago.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. They made both check in and check out an easy process. The staff accommodated our stay with our needs. Will recommend and will be coming back to this hotel when we are in town.
