The front desk staff were amazing

No hot water for a full day

COFFEE WAS TERRIBLE!!! Check out Holiday Inn Express!!! GREAT COFFEE!!! AND THEY GAVE ME 500 POINTS!!! Which I'll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! One hell of a terrible experience!!!!

Clean rooms, great staff !!

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff. The facility was clean and well kept. I had a large room that was very clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to several amenities.

My rate was 139 plus tax making it 156.55 but was charged 176.55 plus an additional 20.00 refundable fee if we did not use that 20.00. Im still waiting on my 40.00 credit.

Everything was great! Very Good experience

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel was very clean and centrally located.

The pillows and breakfast!

Location I have stayed at this property before. The stay was pleasant aside from the constant noise of the construction. This stay was awful. I checked in at 5:52pm. There was no room available. I intentionally waited past the 3pm check in time so that I would be able to settle in and get some rest from my trip. The room was not ready and I had to wait 45 minutes. I left to get some food and when I returned the room still wasn’t ready causing another 25 minutes delay. Once in the room it was clean with the exception of the bathroom sink and one of the towels. They were both nasty! See attached picture. Also as a Marriott Bonvoy member I should have gotten a complimentary welcome package! I did not!!! I’m very disappointed in the service that I received as well as the condition of the bathroom. Marriott must do better!

The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, check in /out was very quick, everyone was very nice and professional. The breakfast was good as well. pool was very cold however it was an indoor pool.

After having some booking issues, the front desk was very helpful in getting it sorted out when i arrived at 9pm on a Sunday night. The front desk was great, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was your average hotel breakfast

Room was clean and the indoor pool was amazing but the scramble eggs on the buffet was very bad
