The only good thing about this hotel was its location The room smelled like mildew. The kitchenette in the room was dirty, the hallways reeked of weed and had an overall horrible stench. The guy at the front desk had an attitude when my family and I decided we weren’t going to finish our stay. The entrance and hallways could use more care and updating. There was an unexpected $100 deposit per room that was not listed anywhere on the website and the guy said “yeah sometimes our website isn’t up to date “. I understand this is more of a short term stay hotel but the maintenance on this place needs to be better

It was dirty

Nothing. The bed sheets had brown crusty stuff on one side, the first set of replacement sheets were badly stained, the housekeeper decided to open a brand new package to cover the bed. The bathroom had loads of shaved hairs begins the faucet handles, I saw it immediately when I reached to turn on. The WiFi didn’t work the first night, no employee on site to assist, after hours customer care could not assist either. The next night, the TV remote didn’t work, again no assistance available. I will NEVER stay here again. The

absolutely bad smell. no dishes in the room. internet is just terrible

Only had on tv channel to watch did not know about the deposit and know why to check about my deposit before I checked. out at 6 am

The location is excellent; there are many local restaurants within the area , there is a nice shaded park within walking distance, the area of is quiet, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. NA

Nothing you canceled my reservation never made it in hotel horrible customer service discussing every experience never again will I use you You canceled my reservation. I drove 10 hours for my daughter's masters graduation at tallahassee to experience my reservation was canceled I had no where to stay

Worst experience I’ve ever had, terrible service, dirty beyond what I can describe, black mold, weird wet substances on dresser and beds. Everything, terrible service very rude, dirty, black mold, wet substances and bugs everywhere.

The hotel smelled like mold. There is no pool. They charged to exchange towels. There was no dishes pots or pans to use. It didn’t have a coffee maker. There was mold on the refrigerator. The toilet had a ring of mold in it.

No hand towels or wash clothes in both reserved rooms. Dirty air filters, blood in bottom of fridge, dirty floors, no black out curtain, homeless live in woods surrounding property.

There was no hot water, ask for assistance and no maintenance until of course I was checking out, I was offer a partial redund and nothing came way! Don’t recommend this place
