My door needed attention but the night security lady and day manager stayed behind to get me in my room as I had my life saving medication for my Addition SSD one disease in the room

The bathroom was terrible was not clean at all. When the water comes out it is grey. The rooms need to be up kept better.

It had a kitchen EVERYTHING ! Plumbing issues never fixed. Several plugs didn’t work and this was not just one room because I’ve stayed in others at the same property, it’s not clean to the average person liking or mine, the staff have attitudes, no phone in my room, tv remote didn’t work then they switched it up 2x and the last remote volume didn’t work.

Quiet They’re communication is horrible they will acuse you of things due to there system issues and they will put u in rooms that smell like smoke or have damages just to try to keep your deposit they do not like returning peoples deposits then will put you on the do not rent list for no reason I also have video footage of proof of this behavior through my meta glasses and it will be shown or submitted if my refund and deposit is not returned

Don’t not go here the manager is terrible and has a bad temper no towels and or clean sheets he kicked families out with children

Staff knock on your door early every morning wake you up also horrible communication between managers and staff they’re systems are always down key cards stop working and have to keep going to office to be reprogrammed

Nothing It was not worth the money. The location was very bad. You have people smoking, cursing it just felt very unsafe and ghetto.

I remember this location over twenty years and this is nowhere like it was then. I was staying there on a weekly basis at a huge discount. This was the place for me at the time. A lot of work is needed now.

nothing the room was very disgusting the tub was dirty no towels in the room i end up not staying i got a refund i couldn’t never live like that

Clean quiet and comfortable

Even the balcony smells like pee. Most of the tenants are there is weed or drug addict. Floor was dusty. No hair dryer. Laundry didnt work with credit card. Walls have holes. They have installed the kitchen exhaust without removing the lid. So eventhough the fan is running it cant vent out the smoke because of the lid which must be removed before installation. Rooms are tiny. Mattress is good. But bed sheet have cigerette holes in them. Almost 60% of the time you will not see front desk manager in the lobby.
