Often stay at this property. Everything was great during my stay and the front desk clerk staff was very pleased. My only problem is staying at Wyndham. If the logistics is booked thru a third party you don't accumulate and points while staying. You have booked directly thru Wyndham to get any points. Already lost out on 6 previous stays and different Wyndham hotels.

The hotel has been our go‑to choice for the past four years whenever we travel to Florida to visit family. Its location is especially convenient, as it’s just a short distance from my in‑laws’ home, which has always made our stays easier and more comfortable. The situation with the elevator was extremely disappointing and raised serious safety concerns. When we arrived, the elevator was working. However, after we went out to meet family, it was suddenly out of service—and it remained out for an entire day. The following day, the sign indicating it was out of order had been removed, and the front desk staff stated that the elevator was functioning properly. Despite that assurance, when my 8‑year‑old daughter and I stepped inside, the elevator stopped between the second and third floors, leaving us trapped for approximately 10–15 minutes until the fire department arrived to assist us out. This was a frightening and unacceptable experience, especially for a child. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, who did not provide his name. I asked whether the elevator had been properly repaired, given that my daughter and I had been stuck the night before. His response was, “Oh, that was you. These things happen.” I replied that “these things happen when an 8‑year‑old is stuck in an elevator.” He simply responded, “Yes, and have a great day,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional considering the seriousness of the situation.

Great location. Easy check in and out, room was very clean. Breakfast was also great. They had eggs, sausage, waffle station, fruits etc. I would stay there again.

Front desk was very pleasant; however, room was dingy and smelled dank and moldy. Needs to be remodeled. I woke up to a roach scurrying on the night table.

The room was clean and comfortable, save the carpet, it needs a deep cleaning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, waffles, coffee, juice, yogurt, cream cheese, apples, muffins. At last minute, I paid $498 for 5 nights. I did not have an issue with parking which was free. Rooms are cleaned every three days but could be sooner on request. The hotel is a few minutes off the Turnpike and publix supermarket is a minute away, so are gas stations and food as well as shopping options close by. There is an ATM machine in the lobby and vending machines (drinks and snacks). Overall, I would stay here again.

The carpet in my room 109 from the door to the mirror could use a cleaning. And some tree trimming is needed to see the hotel sign clearly.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful i had a problem with my rent a car and they really helped me with that .

When I arrived at 4 p.m., they informed me that the room was unavailable and advised me to wait. After a 25-minute wait, a lady came over to complete the check-in process. Surprisingly, the staff promptly allocated a room for her. However, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and was promptly accommodated in a room designed for individuals with disabilities. The room was adapted for people with disabilities, which is not my case and the bathroom has a weird smell. Room was loud. I decided to move to another place. I left the room at 9 p.m. and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was a good experience. Good for the price
