It was quick to get where I needed to be, but the key cards for the room didn't work half the time, you have to go to the office to get a re-code card to get in your room

Friendly and helpful staff members

When we arrived before check-in time to see about early check-in, one of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude. “Check in isn’t until 3o’clock.” She didn’t offer to store our luggage or any information about if early check in is allowed for a fee or if a room becomes available early. When we returned later, we again received poor customer service and rudeness from the same employee. I am not sure why she was so rude as we were polite to her. We ended up getting an uber and going to a different hotel as the vibes were very bad here.

Horrible experience, i left before check out. Hotel was really really dirty, random condom in our room, roaches, everything looked dingy. Random People knocking on our hotel door, and the staircase is completely trashed & smells like urine. Overall was a disgusting and dissatisfying experience. Never again.

I didn't know the place is used for long term residents that consume lots of drugs and Marijuana, every where smells like that. I didn't feel safe at all. Kitchen had insects and the cabinets were old, fridge had some broken pieces and I showed front desk I hope they don't charge my card. It doesn't make sense they hold $100 for incidentals that are supposed to previously fixed. The place needs a lot of maintainance.

Unfortunately, the first room key didn’t work, so we had to walk downstairs for another set. While the room was clean and had no unpleasant odors, it was missing toilet paper, and both the refrigerator and toilet ran loudly throughout the night. We were told toiletries weren’t provided, but we didn’t expect that to include toilet paper. The property also felt sketchy, the bed was uncomfortable, and I couldn’t fully relax. Thankfully, we only needed the room for about six hours.

Bueno primero que nada pedí un cuarto de discapacidad y es con bañera. No se puede usar. Cuartos de no fumadores. Y más peste a cigarrillo no podía tener. Más en la noche no se puede dormir hasta temí por mi vida. No lo recomiendo.

I will not be recommending anyone to that place it is full of roaches the wifi sucks the place is really run down and during my time there I was high like a bat I don't smoke but the weed/ marijuana was all through my room my son amd i was uncomfortable i have photos for proof of my stay.NEVER AGAIN.

No comprendo como existen lugares así, tube que salir del hotel a las 11 pm porque estaba lleno de borrachos, mujeres vendiendo su cuerpo por dinero hasta me dijeron en el pasillo si yo quería me tocaron la puerta que por cierto estaba rota la puerta no se podía cerrar bien el baño un asco total por la habitación cucarachas caminando y aun todo eso ni el deposito de seguridad me han devuelto

Had to be switched to 3 different rooms. Roaches in the room this is a roach and drug motel.

The room was very nasty we didn’t not stay at hotel do to the bad smell and bad odor in the rooms want my refund back from the hotel rooms please thank you
