This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. They ARE NOT service animal friendly and will, against the law, tell you to leave if you have one and it barks at all. There are numerous homeless people sleeping outside around the building. The elevator button does not even work on the top floor and the elevator feels like it is going to stop working when riding it. There is a lot of clear prostitution and drug use. The reality is that the hotel should be shutdown as a hazard in addition to all the staffing and management problems. This is the last hotel in the country you want to stay at EVER.

I would stay away from this place. The stairs smell like urine. The roaches come out even when the lights are on. The hotel managr keeps your deposit, I watched others attempting to get the deposits back only to be threatened to either leave the property or the police will come.... I've read other reviews saying the same thing thinking maybe something happened but I am confirming it happened to me. They never refunded my deposit. He said it was refunded yet another manager said it was never refunded you will experience the same thing.... I will be calling the state attorney's office and pressing charges. I will be filing a police report. I will hold the hotel responsible. It's a lot of aggravation to go through this but I took the chance. It gets a little bit crazy at night time. It's just not a safe place. It's dirty. The toilets don't work and neither did my bathroom sink. The door keys don't work. You will have to go to the office several times a day for the keys. I would skip it, I promise. Beware it's so bad their corporate office just shut down. They're on the verge of going out of business and the manager will threaten you if you attempt to insist on receiving the deposit back or even a receipt that the deposit was refunded

The room smells horrible. The bathroom doesn't work properly. The key keeps deactivated. Wasn't what u expected. The doors and walls are in absolute horrible condition. It was unbelievable. I only did the first night and left.

I had the absolute displeasure of staying in two different rooms at this place, and honestly, I have never stayed anywhere this bad. The rooms were extremely dirty, the environment was very noisy, and I did not feel safe at all. There were so many problems: things were broken, nothing seemed to work properly, the TV and stove were broken, the bathroom was poorly patched up, and the floors, sheets, and bed were all dirty. I also saw cockroaches. The entire situation was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the environment around the property felt very unsafe, with people using drugs and prostitution taking place around the area. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. Without a doubt, The worst places I have ever stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I wasn't able to stay i I booked through Expedia and I paid on line. I didn't know I had to pay a 100 deposit until the property texted me. By than I have already paid and I couldn't get a refund. That sucks.
