No comprendo como existen lugares así, tube que salir del hotel a las 11 pm porque estaba lleno de borrachos, mujeres vendiendo su cuerpo por dinero hasta me dijeron en el pasillo si yo quería me tocaron la puerta que por cierto estaba rota la puerta no se podía cerrar bien el baño un asco total por la habitación cucarachas caminando y aun todo eso ni el deposito de seguridad me han devuelto

Had to be switched to 3 different rooms. Roaches in the room this is a roach and drug motel.

The room was very nasty we didn’t not stay at hotel do to the bad smell and bad odor in the rooms want my refund back from the hotel rooms please thank you

The nastiest place I’ve aver stayed. If I hadn’t just drive over 13 hours with 2 kids and it was 10pm at night when I arrived I would have found another place to stay. Rooms were nasty. Bugs everywhere. Bed linens hadn’t been washed. Crack heads and prostitutes hanging around the office.

The property doesn't have 24 hrs front desk help I guess, or anyone available to help. The security tried to help, but an old lady in the back of the office didn't have my reservation neither instructions on what to do about it. People where smoking on tje balcony and few people talking on the phone outside of their room. The place has a sign that is under police vigilant or some violations. On front of the property there's a lot of homeless people. I'm glad they didn't find my reservation and got another place to sleep.

Room had holes in the curtain hallway was filthy food and trash on the stairs ways looks and felt like a spot for drugs users and sellers

There was no hot water, the shower tub has patches from work being done. I went in two different rooms and found the shower to be the same

The door doesn’t work , the phone doesn’t work refrigerator doesn’t work

It was nice

There was no way any reasonable person would feel comfortable staying here. The issues appear so extensive that it's difficult to imagine any simple fix or course correction. In my opinion, the property would need a complete overhaul under new ownership or management committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and professionally run establishment. As it stands, I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Had a handicap accessible room. VERY WORN! Clean enough but not up to YOUR BRAND standards Seemed like staff was having a party at the entrance with personal friends. That’s ok I guess but it shouldn’t be whilst one is working. I was ok with it but the look made the entire place seem ghetto and unsafe. I won’t be back.
