Clean Nothing

Breakfeast is 6-9, at 8.59 , 2 mornings is a row, they lock the door, we were 6 customers there, we didnt finish our beeakfest,, toast , coffee muffin was already made, sorry but thats mean.. not a good customer service

When I checked in the hotel was clean and the staff were sooo nice. When I got to my room it was clean but the air conditioning was set at 60 and the room was still a sauna. This was very disappointing and I checked out early because of this. the air conditioning not working

The stay was nice just needed a clean comfortable place for the night . Convenient to the venue i was attending and lots of places to shop.

I did not eat breakfast. The room wasn't clear enough to my liking. A/C wasn't cooling had to call the technician. The walls looked moldly, the hallways had a odor.

The room smells like mold and mildew as soon as we opened the door. My husband cough all night.

Staff is not smiling , welcome, I asked if they can print some document for me, she answered, how many , with an attitude?? lol, it was 3 pages, if it had been 10, i had been willing to pay what it worth, like a 1.00$ of $1,50. just to think like that is mean, i had stay there more than 10 days..

they must improve their customer service, 2 days in a row, they close the breakfest room at 8,59am. we were 6 people, needed more coffee, fruit, bagel, etc, he could had start cleaning , but why luck the door! that is so mean, 6 customers mad, frustrated, i was one of them

The manager is good, some employes yelled in the corridor, they hav no clue regards customer service, respect

By room was harroble ac not functioning and I had to stay up trying to ensure that the room not too cold for my child to sleep Nothing

While my accommodations were comfortable and the hotel’s location was highly convenient for my business requirements, I experienced some initial difficulties. My first room was affected by disruptive noise from the air conditioning unit, necessitating a room change after I provided video documentation to the front desk. Subsequently, Room 207 presented maintenance concerns, specifically a clogged sink basin that drained very slowly. Additionally, the coffee maker was left in an unsanitary condition, requiring me to clean it personally prior to my early departure. Despite these issues, the overall experience was acceptable, and I intend to return. The air conditioning units are generating excessive noise, and I noted a blemish on the bedside table resembling wax residue. I have documented these issues via video upon my initial arrival to the room.
