Great place clean

I Like the staff they are very alert of any activity around the property.

Staff was professional and courteous. I enjoyed a peaceful restful stay. Close to stores and restaurants also. Very convenient.

They could use another Ice machine.

Are nice and the owner is nice as well but having trouble getting money back because I paid with my card on booking.com and bay inn got it but canceled it so I had to pay cash and now I've been getting the run around from front desk.

It was a good stay. Didn't have any issues.

The room was extremely small bath small bed no good each time I move in the bed it metal thunder sounds do to the bed bottom is metal Cooper bugs flying in room house keeping only came once that is not a place to go stay if you traveling. Housekeeping terrible they never came to clean.

My bed had someone else’s hair on it. This tells me they just remade the bed after someone checked out. It gave me the ick.

they ask for a 50 dollar deposit and claim they release back to me on Tuesday but still have not received it we are not happy about it we will not book here again because of the money has not been return like they say it would

Parking an laundry was excellent the floors could’ve been swept or vaccumed but it wasn’t bad. I’ll stay there again

This was a perfectly serviceable, if older and less shiny, hotel. It was clean enough, although the floor could stand more mopping. It was located in the right area for our needs. The beds and linens were new and comfortable. There was a pool, though we didn't have time to use it, that looked nice. The place felt safe enough. Nothing glowing to say, but it did the trick.

The hotel room smelled like smoke, although it was a smoke free room. Room looked like it’s never been deep cleaned. Pillows were thrown on the bed. I didn’t even want to sleep on the bed or have my bare feet on the floors. I refused to stay here & ended up having to book another hotel minutes before I had to go to a wedding rehearsal. I’ve stayed at other BayInns but this one very much like a motel.
