La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tampa Near Busch Gardens

Breakfast was nice and hot. Easy to access sparking and staff was very attentive

When we got to our room we had connecting rooms. One room had warped flooring, w/ a "funny" smell. Went to tell them about the floor they shrugged it off saying they're waiting to fix it. Went to sleep woke up at 7am with the room flooded. Water seems to have come in from outside thru door (has a decent gap). Half the Floor was full of water at least half an inch that went all the way under the bed & to the wall of the bathroom. Later found out thru front desk that they had a broken sprinkler that goes off at night (don't know why a sprinkler on this time of year that is pouring rain almost everyday) Sprinkler on half the night hits the door and obviously water runs inside. Front desk was looking at the cameras because I took pictures of everything and asked in case the were hosing the walls & doors because my 2 rooms were soaked outside top to bottom doors & windows. Had to change rooms. Also property seems to have lots of ppl being taken care of with nursing help. At 7:30am breakfast was full of ppl. With them needing help & nursing, also ppl sitting in the hallways smoking all bandaged up day & night just there. Lady in scrubs would come out the room and take her (person smoking) something to drink and her pack of black & mild then go back into the room. Just leaving them outside. Only plus of property is across the street from Busch Gardens & was given a minimum credit back. But never saw the manager like i asked several times. Also horrible breakfast.

Great location for getting to anywhere in the area. Facility was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was good. The shower pressure very low. Staff was good and very nice and helpful. Stay here for one night for cruise but they don’t offer shuttle services to port.

The hallways were grimy and dark. Puddles on the floor hard to know if rain or something else The breakfast was a grabathon like a food fight

Our room was super large! Lots of places to leave our bags open. Very close to Port of Tampa. Only thing we didn't like was how loud the aircondioner was! Looked like a nice pool, although we didn't use it.

It is not what the photos show. But it’s also what you pay for I guess.

I rented two rooms and they are a little better than the normal rooms since I rented two of the larger ones they provided. The laundry dirty and with several damaged machines in my case we were 6 guests the location good close to bush garden. Not recommended for families with children.

Clean staff were friendly and helpful very conveniently located only complaint is parking is extremely tihht and hard to get into.

Everything was great for the most part

They were nice but the pool was closed and the room had several out dated and damaged areas. Holes in the ceiling. Holes in the dark out curtains. The staff was nice

Great breakfast. The air conditioner was working a little bit hot at times. The staff was welcoming and splendidly helpful. Walking distance from Busch Garden Tampa

These establishments need to STOP putting FAKE pics on line because when you arrive it's not what it looks and smells.

I was out there for a conference and my experience wasn’t the best. My room wasn’t fully clean and I had to go and buy cleaning supplies to clean the tub before I took a bath. The house keeping crew I encountered couldn’t speak English so they said. I don’t think I would come back. Respectfully..

Nice air conditioning. Good variety for breakfast.

The room was clean, but the ice machine was broken.
