Great hotel! Very clean and well mantained. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool area is really nice. Definitely will be my go to place when visiting my family in tampa.

Not good look more like a beach hotel the room was not good spiders in the room not to mention breakfast not good ! Want be staying at this particular hotel again !

The walls and door were rusty and stained. Super outdated. Spiderwebs around the room. There was a lingering smell. Staff were awesome! I booked based off photo, it didn’t look the same at all.

What I like was that it’s right across the street of Busch gardens, so if you plan to go there the hotel is a great choice for short distance, the thing I didn’t like was the foul smell when going up the stairs, it smelled like urine.

The staff was nice and professionally handled everything. They deserve a raise. They should have more staff working the kitchen and a wider variety of food during breakfast. We spent at least 3 days eating the same things for breakfast.

Clean Lobby Severe security breach and total operational failure. On day 2 of a fully paid, confirmed 2-night stay, housekeeping prematurely stripped and cleared out my active room. They removed and effectively 'lost' over $303 AUD ($208.50 USD) worth of my personal belongings, including electronics, cables, sleep gear, and toiletries, medications, clothes. I was forced to seek emergency alternative accommodation locally because I felt violated and entirely unsafe remaining on site. Despite logging this immediately with the staff on duty, local management has completely ghosted me and refused to provide a single update or locate my property. DO NOT STAY; your personal safety and property are not secure.

The room wasn’t cleaned.The restroom appliances was not working properly.They cleaning staff rude and couldn’t communicate back language barrier.

Room was "updated" with paint only. Ceiling had a water stain. Fire alarm was rusty. Deadbolt didn't work, shower was dirty, shower head was terrible, and chair in room was disgustingly dirty and had crumbs under the cushion.

Staff is nice. What you would expect from a value hotel, the rooms werent in that great of shape but they were clean

liked the breakfast, no complain! ! like the prearrival and checkout through my fone is cool!! i wished that u guys leave a facial bar even just one. cz i left my facial wash. and had to use the body wash.

The property was across the street from Busch garden and have some nice restaurants close by

Location was perfect for going to Busch Gardens. Pool was nice. Room was meh. Our door didn’t shut all the way, had clearly been kicked in before so light came in and could hear everything. Daughter pulled hair ball out of bath drain. Stains on bedding, bed was hard. Breakfast was ok as well.
