Close to everything Walkways were very dirty

The third room had a key card that didn't work. They said it was a common issue. So it took four times to find a good room at 2am and each time I had to go to the lobby. The staff member was nice enough but didn't offer anything other than switching rooms. When I was concerned about it hiding in my stuff and wanted to wash my things because it might come home with me he blew me off. I gave them a higher score than I probably should only because the breakfast staff was nice, and the front desk man was apologetic. The breakfast was okay but the waffle machine was broken the entire time and on my second day the egg yolk was green. I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone even if it's just for a night.

Staff was excellent , rooms were very clean except the floors. They definitely needed to be mopped before we got there. Floor was broken in places and needed to be replaced. But besides that all was good. Would stay again when in Tampa.

very close to bush gardens bathroom was in bad shape tub had chips in the finish that have started to rust also our rooms ac leaked getting my sons stuff soaking wet and the free breakfast was cold sausage and waffles that would get stuck in the wafer maker and would destroy the waffle

Great stay for the price. wasn’t able to try the breakfast but the staff are amazing and always helpful. Room is fairly clean no bugs or stains on beds.

From the moment I entered my room it smelt awful, like stale smoke. The floor was messed up from water damage I tripped coming out of the bathroom in the middle of the night. Not to mention there was a small hole in the wall. I also tried using the hair dryer but within 10 seconds it smelt like it was smoking and had begun making an awful noise, I couldn’t use it. The room only had shampoo and body wash no conditioner but that was the least of my concerns at that point. The walls are paper thin I could hear everything and everyone all night, on top of being in front of the elevator which was extremely loud. I had the worst one night stay in my life and I couldn’t and wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone.

This is my 3rd stay here and I'm always happy the everything. Best place for a good price and close to the park.

The location was perfect- right across from Busch Gardens and easy access to highway for going downtown, etc. Property was clean, staff pleasant, room was a nice size and clean. Beds were so soft & comfortable!! Breakfast was well equipped with waffles, sausage, cereals, breads, fruit. We did not have time to check out the game room or the pool, but it looked very nice and clean.

Not much sorry. Breakfast was good Just about everything. There was bugs and beds were so soft they sank to the floor.

It looked good, but the smell wasn't pleasant, and it contained potatoes.

As soon as we walked in the room, there was a very musty smell. The floors were coming up causing a tripping hazard. The air wasn’t on when we got there so it was very hot. The shower was okay, and water was hot but the bathroom was very small. Not worth the price paid at all. We were exhausted from driving but we did stay the first night. However the second day we got a new hotel for the same price and triple the quality. Will not be returning.

Had to move rooms 3 times. Got there and the toilet didn't work. Then our last night the tv blew, had to switch again! And there was mold in our 3rd room. Had water damage and smelled. The breakfast was terrible, pancakes weren't even fully cooked. Bacon was terrible not even sure it was bacon...

The staff was nice...
