Was disappointed about breakfast. Pancakes were always undercooked. Eggs over salty. Poor choice of coffee, and always lacked the milk. Loved the pool and playground space. Loved that pool was opened until 11pm. Wish it was opened 24/7. The weather at night so nice to spend time in the pool. I truly felt like in an oasis. Wish I could spend more time there. Stuff were friendly, and helpful, especially Parker (If i remember his name correctly, an afternoon front desk manager).

The hotel was ok for the price. Good location and quiet. I gave it three stars because I was not too fond of the layout of the room… but fine for one night. Continental breakfast was pretty good.

This is by far the best hotel in the area by price. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great!

Love to stay here for our annual trip to Howl O Scream! Now they have a shuttle to the park which made it super convenient. Comfortable accommodations!

Hotel staff was not accommodating with plans changing, even with 48 hour notice given. I received no refund and the manager who was needed to review my request to cancel my last night was unavailable during the weekend. What hotel manager is off on weekends? Very unprofessional.

Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were large, spotless, and very comfortable. There are lots of hangout areas, including a great fenced-in yard with games for the kids, and the breakfast selection was huge. Having a bar at the pool was great. The absolute best part of our stay was the Oasis shuttle service. It was always available whenever we needed it. Leaving the park during Howl-O-Scream was a breeze—while thousands of tired guests waited forever for Ubers and trams, our van was waiting right at the gate. It truly elevated our entire experience!

Clean room the bed was comfortable

They even kept the pool open later because families were out enjoying it... I love that! Most places can't wait to kick you out as soon as they can. The only bummer was that there is a real nice tiki bar next to the pool and the whole labor day weekend, it wasn't open once.

The pool area and common area were nice. The breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 am and the food was put away before 9:45. The coffee maker in the room did not work. There was food left on the coffee tray in the room. The walls were so thin that we could hear the person in the next unit coughing. The beds were clean and there was plenty of hot water.

Breakfast had a decent selection. Room was very clean. TV was unable to connect to internet for streaming services, bathroom shower fixture was broken. Black out curtain in bedroom was insufficient to cover window and block out the outside property lighting - which was very bright (for safety purposes) as it was illuminating the parking lot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The pool area is beautiful and clean, however half the loungers were broke. Also, they have a beautiful pool bar and restaurant that were shutdown and closed. Was told that they don’t sell alcohol anymore and the restaurant is permanently closed. Kinda bummed the pool bar was closed as our group would have loved this feature and it would have been a nice addition to our stay. The pool bathrooms were a little dirty with nasty stains along the walls. The rooms were clean tho but had that typical Florida mildew smell. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget and who are looking to spend more time at the pool and lounge rather than sit in the room. The pool and gazebo were so pretty and relaxing.

Breakfast was great and the rooms were perfect. Great amenities and great service. The shuttle driver was amazing.

The one downside is the fact that they have a small kitchenette in each unit with a microwave compact refrigerator, but only contains paper plates and plastic cutlery ... Just a heads up.
