Staff were wonderful, breakfast area and staff was clean and good food selection.

Room was clean staff was friendly breakfast was mediocre. Restaurant and poolside bar were not open.

I was in a two day business trip. The place was practical, nothing amazing. Typical 3-star hotel with some years of use. Comfortable bed. I could hear the road noise early in the morning from cars not following Florida car muffle noise. They seem to be a lot these there...

Room was clean. I did not realize the doors to the rooms were right outside, but that was my fault for not reading the details. I thought they were inside the actual building. Breakfast and coffee were a plus! Location was perfect and felt safe. I would book here again.

However, I highly recommend that if you go to Busch Gardens or Aventure Island it's worth parking at the attraction than dealing with the horrible shuttle service.

This place was worth it

Room was dirty couch was filthy, small bathroom door would hardly close from toilet. Had little patio filthy never broomed piece of crack pipe on ground. Took a $100 for a incidentals never used anything didn't damage room and still haven't got it back. Was suppose to be a hold and not charged had to call CC and dispute charge. Will never stay there again!!!!!!

The hotel was amazing and the staff was equally as wonderful. My son really enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was also fantastic. Well worth the stay.

Included breakfast was good. Yogurt, fruit, OJ, milk, cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage paties, bacon, pancakes, bagels, breads, and muffins. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the amenities were great. My kids loved staying here.
