Air conditioner sound like freight train when came on, when off there was street noise, shower temp barely warm, Tt like tissue paper, room smelled like strong chemicals, breakfast good, bed firm but comfortable. Would not stay again.

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed at. family oriented with breakfast included. Staff was very friendly. They treat you with respect it’s worth the price. Breakfast was delicious. The staff help take good care of us. Pool is clean. They have other amenities in the hotel. I rate this 10 out of 10. I will stay here again and again thank you so much.

Good hotel friendly staff and really good if your going to Bush Gardens. Pool was overcrowded and the breakfast buffet was decent but not impressive.

Roosevelt is AWESOME!!! We loved him and all the services he provided!!! We will definitely be seeing him again!!!

We were impressed what we booked. Staff was amazing, morning breakfast was spot on. The shuttle to Busch Gardens was always there. Plenty of pool area and seating area. I was impressed what they had to offer.

Had a blast! Everything was great, only downfall was that the poolside bar was out of ultra. Also the breakfast was okay. Not the greatest.

Hotel was clean, staff very attentive to our needs, room was great, & mgr Patrick went over & above to please guests.

The pool is small for the people are there no space for a lot of person stay in the hotel

Very professional and a safe place for the Kids.

Positives: Check-in = easy & awesome. Free parking too! Room = clean & spacious. 2 separate rooms with a door. Mini fridge, microwave & access to an ice maker that produced plenty of ice. We had privacy the entire time we were there as neither room beside us was utilized. We did purchase some spray for the rooms as they smelled a little musty, but the spray did the trick. Shower pressure = not the best, but reasonable. Bed = soft & resulted in great sleep. Pool = as expected. Free Pool towels were appreciated. Location = terrific; by many highways & most beaches were within 1 hour. We walked to the Yuengling Brewery 1 night for dinner & the USA World Cup soccer game. Negatives: Breakfast was complimentary, but was the exact same every morning. We did consume the first morning, but for the rest of our trip, we only obtained coffee & juice to start our day & we went to breakfast elsewhere nearby. Plenty of good local restaurants in the area! Bar by the pool was not ever open the 4 nights we were there.

People were in and out of the room next to me smoking cigarettes I told staff nothing happened…. Felt like it was a crackhead room multiple guest, and then the last night someone tried to open my door handle in the middle of the night…..

The staff was courteous and maintenance man was prompt. Facilities were old and outdoor amenities were rundown. The pool was nice and full of small children.

I love everything about this hotel.It isn't a perfect spot not far from the theme parks
