Location to Moffit Hospital is perfect. The room was musty, the television didn’t work, and the toilet wasn’t working properly.

First time staying at a Home2 Suites property and I was impressed with the rooms amenities. Microwave, full fridge/freezer, wish washer, kitchenware for 4 and utensils in your room! The complimentary breakfast was comprehensive and a nice touch. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was well stocked, staff were very helpful and if you arrive in an EV they have on site charging. These are not luxury resort style hotels so don't expect that sort of fit and finish, so at the price point I think they offer excellent value for money. Only gripe, they charge a small fee for parking.

Unbeknownst to us the property has been having issues with providing hot water to the rooms. Staff told us this has been ongoing for a while and despite continuing reporting to the management the problem remains. We moved to a different hotel. Still awaiting refund. :(

The only thing I didn’t like was the surprise $12.00 a day parking fee. I’ve never paid for parking in Tampa. The hotel itself is wonderful and clean
