The only complaint was the tv remote. Definitely not user friendly.

Only stayed for one night to go to Busch gardens hall-o-scream! The staff were great at the front desk. The room was perfect our family for the night everyone slept comfortably and the A/C was nice and cold! Plus it’s convenient for anyone going to Busch Gardens or families of USF students it’s right across from USF and a mile from the park!

Room 314 has a bad, musty smell. I went to the lobby to change the room but they told me that all rooms were sold out.

Room design and location. There was NO HOT WATER! The desk clerk showed me three other rooms, which also had no hot water, hence my one star rating

The sofa however had some visible damage and stains, so I had to put a sheet on top of it, to not feel disgusted to sit on it. I wish the sheets were cotton as opposed to polyester. The thermostat was working in the room, but the AC unit was delivering freezing cold air, so when on, it was too cold, and when off it was too hot. Central air would have been much better than a window unit with barely any insulation (when AC was off, the room was rapidly heating, and Florida is pretty hot and humid)
