Close to the amusement park. No housekeeping at all, not even emptying the trash, or replacing towels, washcloths. No television at all the second night. 12 dollars a night for parking wasn't cool. And the water inside the room, 5 dollars. Ridiculous.

The location was great, shuttle service to and from Busch Gardens was fantastic! The fire alarm going off twice at 4am, needed to evacuate twice, personnel clueless, the lack of regard or compensation for the trouble. It just messes up your next day.

The breakfast was good, and having the shuttle to and from Busch Gardens was great! The room itself (the bed) looked clean, but we found a dirty towel hanging on back of the bathroom door and I found pieces of dog food on the floor.

The staff were super friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The breakfast had a few options which was nice to have a variety to choose from. The bathroom was pretty small.

The fire alarm went off at 4:40 am and not sure why but it was very loud and startling

Not much. Hotel is in need of maintenance and is very aged. Staff was polite and helpful for the most part Terrible location in terms of parking; facility very aged and not well maintained. Free breakfast was not up to expectations and crowding made it impossible for the staff to keep up with refills, etc. As a result we ended up having to go out to breakfast.

Was close to Busch Gardens. Breakfast was ok but more variety would be nice. After a whole day at the theme park the bed was super comfortable. Room was very clean and the front desk staff I met were very pleasant and professional. Keep the good work up. Would definitely stay there again. That I had to pay $5 for a bottle of water

location is good. Staff is friendly. Hotel needs an overhaul. looking tired and it may not be dirty but it appears that way because its run down. however the breakfast area need a really deep clean.
