All was great - room was super big - the air conditioning was very loud and cold or hot very hard to manage

Staff very friendly Hotel clean. Bed was comfortable Better air conditioning unit never stopped running and never reached the desired temperature of 76

Breakfast was good but the room was very tired. Small double beds which was snug for our family of 5.

Love the location not far from bush garden me and my son love to run so we used take the bus to go and run back to the hotel at the end of the day, hotel was really quite and clean and love the breakfast

The location is close to Busch Gardens and close enough to the Florida Fairgrounds (my destination). The room was clean, a little beat up from the years but still clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, not great. They had biscuits and gravy the first morning and then breakfast tacos the second morning. The surrounding area is a little sketchy but the hotel itself felt safe. Good deal for the price.

Property was close to the cruise terminal which we really enjoyed. We had a small issue with our room and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and changed our room immediately which I really appreciated, especially after driving hours to get there

The location was the only convenient part of this. The hotel was very dirty. I got to the first room and it was dusty with splatter marks everywhere and hair on the bed. The shower was clogged. The bathroom fan has a thick layer of dust. I asked to switch rooms and the second room smelled like musty dog and the shower was also clogged. The refrigerators in the room weren't cleaned out either. I found crumbs and small spills still in there. The third room I looked at to potentially switch into smelled like musty man, cheap cologne with a hint of alcohol. The headboards in all 3 rooms looked like they were sprayed and not wiped because you could see the product spray dried up on the headboard. I wiped a part to see if it was just stains and it came off so that lets me know the cleaners here put it no effort to clean these rooms appropriately. I booked this hotel after seeing reviews of cleanliness and I'm not sure how they received those reviews. The staff is clearly not walking these rooms before someone checks in to make sure it's truly clean. I canceled my stay and booked at the Cambria hotel a little over 20 minutes away where the entire facility was clean and fresh!

The staff is amazing, everyone was so nice and welcoming!!! My room was not clean, there was bits of dog food on the floor and A LOT of dog hair everywhere. There was dog hair all over the bed, it was disgusting.

Very nice and comfortable

I was pleased with the complimentary shuttle to the park. Staff was very accommodating to my large group.
