Was a very nice stay. Equilla was so helpful in making sure I was all set. Older building so hopefully you don't expect everything to be perfect. 5 Stars in my opinion. It was the staff that made it nice. Nice breakfast, pool. Gym just has the basic equipment. Clean!!! ( for hotels in my opinion).

the location was in a very high crime area and we didn't know this. Also, one of the elevators was broken and it was running very slow. We also didn't realize they would charge for parckingt

The facilities were modern, safe, clean and well located if you need to be around USF. Breakfast weas average but of a decent quality and availability. Staff was nice and helpful. Nothing, I gave the Hotel 5 star service and facilities.

Proximity to theme park and other attractions The elevator kept getting stuck and stopped working at times. Stayed on 6th floor

The elevator wasn't working so we had to climb the stairs,the water in the sink and shower smelled like straight bleach, there were 3 long black hairs hanging from the community shampoo.

Good location for park access and breakfast was included and very good

Awesome place to stay …especially because they have complimentary breakfast…pool was great

This location is less appeasing that other Hyatt place stays. The staff was excellent for sure. But the building itself is outdated and one of the two elevators didn’t work. So it took a long time to wait on the elevator. It’s located in a great area with lots of amenities nearby. I’d stay at this location again if i travel solo but with family or friends I’d probably pick a different location.

Everything was just excellent I have no complaints

Friendly Staff, Comfortable bed and pillows, Quiet in the evenings The Bad Couch was stained and appeared dirty, Refrigerator was not cold, Drains were slow, Housekeeping every other day, Only one elevator working for 5 floors of room, TV wouldn't work found loose connection which helped. On satellite and TV would not work in rain storm. The Ugly thought my Expedia reservation was all inclusive. Charged for parking

Not having both elevators available was difficult & the one available was iffy. Make sure the ongoing renovations will not impact your stay...
