Bed was clean, location was great, room was large Hair on bathroom floor, only light in room was one lamp no lights in ceiling, bed was very hard, elevator smelled bad and inspection had expired, breakfast fruit was old as was bread items.

Nothing Toaster didn’t work. There was a roach where you was eating at The beds was very uncomfortable

Large comfortable room Courteous staff Great location 1. Dogs barking all night, no sleep for both rooms booked 2. Challenges to get checked out as left 1 day early..AGM Chris T. Appears to suddenly have login issues to check out day early but none to provide 2 days completed on a one day stay 3. Still disputing 2nd day up till 12 noon today not checked out

A/C was ok Hard bed, too soft pillows, no cold water out of bathroom sink, insufficient lighting in room, ice machine out of order with no signage, no housekeeping in our room, mold all over elevator…..

Location, room , bed large & comfortable 1. Barking dogs ALL NIGHT

You are over charging my credit card. Original charge was 94.00 ?now you charging my card for 145.34 . What's the extra charge for??? Billing?

breakfast the front desk staff didn’t even say hi, no eye contact, poor customer service. No trash can inside the room, we had to go out and toss our trash. there was someone screaming at 2AM for a good 10mins and nobody came to fix it. Just uncomfortable stay.

Not in a very safe part of town. Bathroom had mold in it and it just felt dirty in general.

Hot tub is never actually hot. Other than that love this hotel, always stay here when we go to Tampa

Staff was nice No hot water in shower, TV went out first night, facility needs upgrades.

Awesome

The breakfast was very nice; make-your-own waffles, various kinds of bread and muffins, eggs and sausage. The staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately though, an elevator went out of use when we were there but they fixed it as soon as possible.

The room although clean are run down…. Needing paint lampshade stained… this property needs some TLC
