Clean, comfortable room with plenty of amenities, easy to find. Had to pay extra to park; had difficulty with the door lock getting out of the room (821); evening reception food was subpar.

Rooms are nice, clean, could use a little updating but overall decent. The staff is very nice, especially Jennifer at the front, she was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is always top notch and something we look forward to at an Embassy Suites.

First of all, the rooms are HUGE. It’s rare to get a hotel room these days that is this spacious. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite a nice spread, and there is an evening reception with drinks and little bites. My main issue is with the cleanliness of the place. Things haven’t been updated in quite some time and it shows. Several feet of the carpet in the bedroom was pulled off the baseboard area. There were corn chips on the floor by the bed. Many of the surfaces, including the backs of the chairs in the dining area were sticky with old food residue.

I expected more staying at the Embassy Suites. A/C leaked inside the room, causing a huge water puddle that trailed into the bathroom. Maintenance came to address it at about 11pm at night when a call was placed 2.5 hours ago. Room was dated and looked old and things were worn out, Vents looked dirty, Carpet dated and worn. Where the carpet met the tile it was frayed and nails were poking through. Had a corner room with windows and you could barely see out of them they were really dirty. The front desk people were friendly and so was the maintenance guy. Again I just expected more since I have stayed at other Embassy Suites and they were very first class.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were excellent. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Locations was perfect The beds were not comfortable and the bathroom was rusty the door got stuck many times and the toilet was clogged when we got there.

Friendly staff, loved the set up. Our room was big and quiet. Will book again at this location Nothing, everything was great

Family trip to bush gardens could see the coasters from the window , best place in the area to stay

I probably only stay at Embassy Suites when I'm traveling and it's always the best service from checking in, drinks, breakfast 🍳 and checking out.

Even when their system went down for check in the staff was extremely calm and efficient. So kind a sweet I will be back!!!
