Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa USF Near Busch Gardens

1st nite there, child was injured, so far they are taking care of bill, Room appeared clean, Beds were so out dated and zero back support horrible sleeping 5 days--They need replaced badly, Bathtub has rust lines around faucet to drain, burnt out light above the sink (replaced when mentioned it), two of 3 elevators were down for 48 hrs & they had a convention going on (fixed w 3rd party to come in). housekeeping took all dirty linens and did not replace them (corrected at night when i called), attempted shower -no cold water it was scalding hot & faucet housing falling off (again fixed when folks called). Great water pressure when fixed. kids disappointed w/ Pool closed due to green algae even when they ran robot (fixing when they called 3rd party). Hot breakfast was good. Evening happy hour celery sticks were black, carrot sticks were green, surely the kitchen help should have known not to serve. We stay in Loveland ESuites 20 days yr for work, so assumed this would be top notch too. It failed our expectations. Staff was friendly n professional & attempt to fix. Wouldnt stay there again though especially for money we paid.

We like the big room the shower and breakfast was good The price is very good we didn’t like that we had to pay for parking at the hotel premises, not even valid parking. It was just regular parking. We parked ourselves and they still charged us.

We had no hot water. The toilet flushed intermittently. Black goop came out of the bathroom. The staff did nothing except say sorry and they will make a note of it.

First room I was given had not been cleaned but called immediately and they gave us a diff room

As a visiting parent to USF, this was a great choice!

Our shower got stuck and needed the handyman. Once again entered the room without consent.

Everything was fantastic! Jack was our shuttle driver (and later our bartender) and was incredibly kind and friendly. Everyone at the front desk was accommodating as well. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back the next time we go to Busch Gardens.

The location was excellent. Staff, breakfast, restaurant and lounge was great. Pool was great, pet friendly. All was great. Nothing.

The check in was excellent. The staff was friendly. The room was vary nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was vary clean.

Water in the shower was one temperature very very hot. So someone could shower. Something was spilled over the floor a sticky mess

The bathroom need some updating, the shower head was very small and hardly poor water out.

Hotel is in a great location. The staff are very nice and helpful. I love that they have an electric car charger. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows were very comfortable.

Perfect location for out trip to Busch Gardens!

From checking in to checking out the staff cld not have been more helpful especially the 2 ladies at breakfast. Not only was the food delicious n plentiful, the staff met our needs for items before we even did!! Kudos to the breakfast ladies especially!! . I’ll be back!!

This was very convenient and my room was spacious and clean! I liked the complimentary breakfast, too!
