Overall we had a good stay.

The facilities were very pleasant and clean Their breakfast is terrific!

Both TVs were out half the day when all the games were on NFL. Didn’t get to see any of the games HORRIBLE. BATHROOM DOOR DIDN’T LOCK. SMALL REFRIGERATOR INSTEAD OF THE SAME SIZE AS OTHER ROOMS. REQUESTED DOOR ISSUE BUT NO ONE NEVER CAME.

The cleanliness was very poor, especially in the bathroom and bathtub area. There was a lot of mold on the walls, and the shower was not working properly. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, the mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed had a very poor-quality mattress. I am very disappointed with my stay. Being a Hilton property, I expected a much higher standard, especially considering the price we paid. Unfortunately, the overall condition and cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations at all.

The omelet was good, however the rest of the buffet was terrible. The restaurant was very good. My husband had a pressed Cuban and I had the salmon with a lemon creme sauce. We had crabcakes as an appetizer. Our first room had no working AC, it stunk, the drawer was broken in the coffee area, which we reported immediately so we didn’t loose our $50 incidental deposit. It also had dust and bugs, and the faucet in the bathtub was leaking like crazy. The maintenance in this hotel is LACKING !! It used to be a great hotel! We had to move all our things to another room, which was a complete hastle, and we had two double beds instead of a king that we paid for. There was a baud Everything. It was a horrible experience. Would NEVER stay there again. Maintenance is lacking in this hotel. Years back it was grand.

Staff was pleasant Plumbing was terrible. Water was extremely hot!! I was told someone would reach out about my concerns and I heard nothing from anyone!!

The staff at the Embassy was fantastic! From front desk to cooks in the morning to shuttle drivers to bartenders at night everyone was friendly and helpful. I saw previous reviews about cleanliness, cold water and broken AC’s but we had zero issues with any of these things. Our room was 525. Paying for parking and some nights the hotel had events that we came back and had nowhere to park. In the future the hotel should cone off spots for guests so we don’t have to park off site after we already paid for parking.

The breakfast was the best made to order omelette many choices , BUT the coffee was really bad very woody tasting not my favorite 🙂

The property was clean, price reasonable and great staff.

had to sleep in a room filled with sewer ( with sewage water on ourselves as a shower wasn't available) water without a bathroom, this is in violation with FL statue Chapter 509 Part 1 section 509.221 stating that sanitary facilities must be offered. stay was promised to be refunded after 5 hours of complaints and emails. Completely unacceptable

The hotel was nice. My room was on the 5 floor. However, the bed sheet was dirty. I have to strip the whole bed down, spray some sanitizer and bug spray. I ask for new sets of sheets and comforter. Those was cleaner. I have a king size bed and it sleep uncomfortable. I didn't know i have to pay for parking. I book my room on Expedia. They didn't mention parking fee, nor the hotel when confirming my booking. As soon as I pull up to the hotel parking lot, theirs a sign in each lot say scan code to pay fee for parking. I spent enough money for one night stay, why should I have to pay again for parking? And i had to pay the parking fee through a third-party. Never again. If I'm booking a hotel even if its for 1 night, I am going to ask about parking. Parking should be free. It's on hotel property. Hotel need to announce they policy publicly for customer to see before booking with them. Customer and have a choice if they still want to pay a fee for parking, or ho somewhere else where its free parking. I don't like unexpected charges that I'm not aware of up front.

Clean room, great breakfast, staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus was a great alternative for moving around.

The breakfast is excellent, particularly the custom omelet station. the biggest drawback to this hotel was the unexpected parking fee.

Much better than expected!! Staff was super nice, room was larger than expected and everything was very clean!! Free breakfast and even had happy hour. In the evenings that included a buffet w free snacks and drinks!
