I stayed here once before and it was great but now having the option to use the shuttle will make this my top hotel choice for when I come to Busch gardens or adventure island. Rick was a great driver and very friendly. Plus the breakfast is always good too.

Very clean rooms, breakfast was very good. Parking was free so that’s a plus. The shuttle to and from Busch gardens was very reliable. Overall this is one of the best places to stay while at Tampa.

The room was clean and spacious. The stuff was all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Parking was easy to get to. Thing that was bad was our room keys kept getting deactivated every time we wanted to use a different door other than the front lobby to get my building. But the staff fixed that quickly for us :-) great location to Busch Gardens.

The staff were warm and welcoming. Also, very friendly with plenty of information.
-
It was clean, prepared, equipment present as expected and all items worked nicely without hiccups. I had no issues except the breakfast was cold, not useful to me and not a fan of waffles.
